Separate apartment in a new family house

A cozy separate apartment with a fireplace in a new family house is located in the village of Sučany, just a few minutes from the city center, ski resorts, beautiful nature suitable for hiking, cycling, mushroom picking, fishing, or swimming in nature or in aquaparks. You can sit in the warm weather in the garden with the possibility of barbecue, or in the cold weather by the fireplace, use the infrared sauna for 2 people. Also there is a travel cot (3rd person), massage services. Infrared sauna and wood is for a fee of 5€/day.

An asphalt road will take you to the national park, which is used as a cycling route ending under the slopes of Poloská, Čierny kameň or Borišov.

Everything is on walking distance including the Billa supermarket and some fine restaurants or bars. Ruzomberok has a strategic location, you are not far from Malino Brdo orJasna ski centre and there are quite many wellness centres located on a short distance from the town, such as Tatralandia, Besenova or Gotal in Liptovska Osada.

These Studio Apartments are part of Fatrapark 2 in Hrabovo, right next to the Malino Brdo Ski&Bike Park Ruzomberok. Each Studio is furnished in different style. In apartment, there is always a double bed (can be also separated for twin bed if needed), single sofa bed for third person, kitchenette, TV, bathroom, and dining table / or bar. Some apartments also have balcony. Balcony on request. Breakfast is for 10,99 € person and available in winter or summer. Pets are allowed - for 20€/stay.

Our second property is nearby, but don't worry about losing privacy, the cottage is oriented so that guests meet at most in the common parking lot.

Malá Praha in the center of Žilina

To save money on hotels, I renovated in 2012 the second apartment in the basement of our house to offer accommodation to artists and performers coming to Stanica & Nová synagóga art centres where I work. When it is free, travelers and tourists are welcome. We are in the town centre, in great neighborhood called Mala Praha (Little Prague), close to everything and quiet in the same time. I really like hosting guests.
