Skylar’s place was great. The location is very close to Texas Tech, which was our destination while in Lubbock. There were lots of snacks and bottled water which we appreciated so much. The place was comfy, clean, and cozy. We also loved the neighborhood cats who greeted us each day.

We stay in Lubbock a few times a year amd this is our favorite place to stay. The house is very clean and beautifully furnished. Its comfortable and convenient for us when traveling through. Stephanie is a lovely host, making sure check in is quick and easy, too.

Jason was very responsive and helpful. Gave clear instructions and the place was clean and cozy.

We will be back next year! The place was well decorated and spotless. Had lots of amenities. Host responded timely. I picked up a couple of ideas for my house!

Great place , clean and very quiet neighborhood would use again

Thanks again to Jennifer for so quickly agreeing to let us check in early to support our schedule. The house was great with 4 private rooms and plenty of amenities. The weather was good so we also really enjoyed the outdoor sitting area. Very quiet neighborhood with all nice, new builds. Living room was also great for hanging out with multiple people (they can sometimes be cramped with poor seating but this was perfect). Overall very happy with her responsiveness and accuracy of the descriptions of the property.

Stayed here with family when my daughter graduated and we all had a wonderful time! I LOVE how kid-friendly the place was and plan on staying again in the future!

The house was very clean and the pool was immaculate! The host was patient with me after I had trouble finding the entry code between several text threads. The host also sent out a maintenance man to give us the remote for the porch shades during 40 mph winds (otherwise the back porch is difficult to use). The beds are very firm but you can find a mattress pad in one of the closets. Overall I thought the house was very comfortable!

The house was beautiful, me and my family loved it. Plus lane was very helpful with anything we needed. Even offering a later checkout just incase we needed it. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone.

Eric’s home was beautiful and spacious for our family. We all loved the heated pool, especially our kids. Thanks for letting us stay at your home. We highly recommend Eric’s home and will definitely book here again.

We had a great relaxing stay. Inside was roomy and outside was very nice and peaceful. There is so much space for a group of people. We were especially thankful for the garage when a storm came and our cars were safe and dry. Also having high chair for a toddler was a game changer. Something I didn’t count on, but was very happy to have.

The host was great ! Responds in a very timely manner and very kind and helpful ! The house was very eccentric , cozy and peaceful . Our family enjoyed it! If I’m in the Lubbock are I will def be booking again if available .

I was here for 2 months working. This place was the perfect place to wind down. Great open space, and loved sitting on the patio at night. But still within 10 minutes from everything in the city. Couldn’t recommend it enough. And Downey was great!!

The cabin was pristine clean - looked like we were the first guests. Refrigerator was immaculate. Great fenced yard for our dog. We would definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay! I had a photoshoot at Tech and driving distance was 5 minutes or less. The house was very clean, it had everything we needed. We brought some of our board games, but they also had some available. She was an amazing host, would book this again!

Super home, great location, plenty of space for 4 of us, close to a lot of things, nice neighborhood. Brett was amazing and easy to get in touch with and work with, could not ask for anything better! We will def, stay again. The property was cozy, and we felt right at home!

We absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb! Tucked in a peaceful, friendly neighborhood with two parks and a school playground just steps away, it was the perfect getaway for me and my two kids. The home was clean, cozy, and well-equipped—especially the kitchen, which had everything we needed to cook meals easily. The upstairs space was ideal as a playroom and sleeping area for the kids, and the backyard was a true highlight—complete with basketball goals and a putting green that kept my kids entertained for hours. I especially enjoyed quiet mornings outside with a cup of coffee and a good book. Ashley, the host, was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. One of my favorite things was the neighborhood itself—safe, walkable, and full of charm. My kids loved riding their scooters to the nearby coffee shop and breakfast spot. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend this place for families looking for a relaxing, kid-friendly stay in a great location!

Adorable little place. Everything is thoughtfully placed assuring comfort and convenience. Lotsa special extras: coffee stuff, snacks and ice cream. Kendra was great to work with and went out of her way to accommodate me. Great response time.
