When we discovered this magical place in 2020, in Bystřice near Včelákov at the foot of the Železné Mountains in the Protected Landscape Area, we knew that we wanted to share it and pass on its energy to other people. On one side a forest, on the other a pond, pure nature, peace and fresh air. We have built 2 cottages here, which have separate entrances, so you will not disturb each other at all. And who are we? Chalupa Záskalí

The cottage is situated in the village of Budislav on the edge of the cottage area of Záskalí. Around the cottage is an open grassy area, near a stream. It is suitable for a family with a baby and older children. It is an ideal base for those who want to spend a holiday in a beautiful environment surrounded by nature and tranquility. The cottage for rent provides accommodation for 1 to 5 people in 2 bedrooms with a baby crib. There is a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, grill, bed linen, towels, hair dryer, toiletries and cleaning supplies.

Meadow Tiny house in Mokrá Lhota

The unique Tiny house / caravan in a small village on the border of Toulovcovy Mastale offers quiet relaxation and at the same time a good starting point for hiking and cycling in the beautiful nature in the surrounding area. The tiny house has an equipped kitchen, bathroom and underfloor heating, thanks to which you can enjoy comfort even during the colder months. Welcome to our unique Tiny house on the outskirts of Kutná Hora. This is one of the most successful models in this segment and you won't find another similar piece in the Czech Republic :-) The feeling of spaciousness is the main weapon of this house. A family of five can comfortably function on 24m2 with 38m2 of living space. The structure is a wooden building for permanent living, including hot water, infrared heating, air conditioning. Very quiet location, not suitable for noisy parties.

There is a boxspring double bed and a sofa bed that comfortably sleeps 2 more people.

Tré is a designer cabin where we focus on detail and comfort. You can relax in the private outdoor panoramic wood-fired sauna. Tré is ready for both cooking and cleaning. Of course there is an espresso machine (coffee included), a bluetooth Bose speaker, or tall American spring beds. Heating by fireplace, underfloor heating in the bathroom. Free parking is available directly under the cottage.
