Our property is located in the center in a quiet, preferred residential area (East City). The main station and the city are approx. 1 km away and within 10 minutes' walk. The "Dreifaltigkeitskirche" bus stop (bus lines 1OO; 2OO; 121) is a 1-minute walk. Restaurants/cafes around the corner. You use your own separate shower room. The room faces the cozy and green courtyard. When the weather is nice, our south balcony invites you to linger. Our place is great for solo and business travelers.

The apartment consists of a living room, bedroom and bathroom. In the bedroom there is a double bed, in the living room there is a pull-out couch (1.20 m lying width).
