Das Wasserschloss steht am Ortsrand von Irmelshausen, einem typisch fränkischem Dorf mit Kirche, Fachwerkhäusern in der Öko-Modellregion Rhön-Grabfeld. Die Apartements befinden sich im Schloss Irmelshausen, einem besonders historischem Ambiente. Im Schlosspark kann man die Seele baumeln lassen und die Ruhe genießen. Kinder können dort das Spielhaus, den Sandkasten, die Nestschaukel oder die Slagline und das Trampolin zum toben benutzen, die Erwachsenen ein Buch auf den Daybeds lesen.

Du kannst eine pure Naturerfahrung machen und in unserem See, der sich direkt auf dem Grundstück befindet baden oder die Draußen-Dusche nutzen. Es gibt viel zu entdecken, da es sich um ein großes, naturbelassenes Gelände handelt.

With the bus stop, which is just across the property, you can easily arrange a city day in Würzburg or Karlstadt. Shopping facilities are about 3 minutes away by car.

Our beautiful apartment is located in a half-timbered house from 1749 in a quiet location in the Vogelsberg. The apartment offers up to 6 sleeping accommodations (2x double beds, 2x single beds) and is equipped with a spacious combined kitchen/living room. The property with a stream, pond and horse paddock invites you to linger. A patio with outdoor dining area can also be used by our guests. Dogs are also very welcome here.

The Reuthsee is the largest natural lake in Lower Franconia (about 17 hectares) and is only about 100 meters away as the crow flies. Pure nature. On a 3000 sqm property is the detached house between tall trees, a large pond and the Alte Hasel creek. The house has two areas. The main apartment with 4 bedrooms and the secondary apartment with 2 sleeping areas. A total of 6 bathrooms/toilets are available.
