Holiday houses in Lower Estates

I had the pleasure of staying at #20 Valley Development in Charles Rowe Bridge, Barbados, and it was a wonderful experience. The neighborhood was peaceful and charming, offering a perfect retreat while still being close enough to all the island's attractions. Pamela, the hostess, was incredibly responsive and made sure that I had everything I needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. The property itself was immaculate and well-kept, with all the comforts of home. It was clear that a lot of care and attention went into maintaining the space. One of the highlights was the convenience of having a car available for rent directly from Pamela. The process was seamless and easy, and it made exploring the island so much more convenient. I truly appreciated how thoughtful Pamela was in ensuring that my stay was stress-free and enjoyable

Once again, I am writing a review as I came back within 3 weeks of leaving the country due to family matters and Natasha's lovely treehouse apartment was available again! She was once again super friendly and helpful, always ready to respond to any messages I sent very promptly. I even needed some lemongrass to cook a laksa soup and her Mother who lives next door soo kindly picked some from her garden to use. What lifesavers! I feel very comfortable at her place. It is very clean, spacious and private. I feel safe there and will definitely stay again in the future. Honestly such lovely and helpful hosts with a wonderful space!

This was my first experience with Airbnb and I was extremely satisfied. When my daughter and I met Pedro and engaged into a conversation from BGI airport to his place I felt like reuniting with that brother that I missed for 20 years. The man is just a clean Soul - positive vibes- easy going-very nice person-caring reliable and honest.He offers more than a regular host will do, the kinda guy my daughter would call uncle Pedro. Now his place is legit as advertised into the App, private super clean nice rooms nice clean kitchen bathroom laundry room leaving room TV WI-FI let me not forget about the Gym room. Anyone out there looking for an affordable nice place to stay while in Barbados please do not hesitate to book Pedro’s place ,you will be satisfied with the host himself and the place.

My husband and I decided to stay at this lovely Airbnb for the 2nd time, and just like the 1st, we were not disappointed. This spacious, clutter-free, and tastefully decorated apartment looks just like the photos. The 1/2 bath on the ground floor was very convenient for us and the a/c in the living room was a huge plus. Side note: most Barbados accommodations do not provide a/c in the living area, just in the bedroom(s), if at all. Huge bonus here! The winding staircase leads up to the ensuite bedrooms (both with a/c). Neither my husband nor I are light packers so we made full use of both rooms with their super comfortable beds, ample closet space, and beautiful vaulted ceilings. The apartment is quiet and peaceful and has everything you'll need for an enjoyable stay (including excellent wifi and water pressure). Many thanks to Alyssa and Terri-Ann, who are always so responsive and accommodated us in every way during our visits. My husband and I will definitely be back!

I’ve stayed here before and it’s always a pleasure staying here. Perfect location. Quiet environment

We (Gf and I), had a blast in BGI and staying at Anique’s crib felt like home. Clutter free, clean bathroom with towels, bath gel and shampoo. Living room was squeaky clean with decent furniture and large TV, except no AC in the living room but the large ceiling fan did the magic. The rooms were very clean and tons of extra bedding sheets and towels in the closet. We will return to Anique’s crib because it hidden in a beauty spot of BGI and very very safe with restaurant/super market and urgent care clinic literally 3 mins walk.

I only stayed for a night before heading to the airport but it was a lovely stay. Shawn provided drinks and snacks in the rooms mini fridge. If I ever come back I will defenitly stay here again.

We enjoyed everything: beautiful green yard, big terrace, kitchen with all the needed utilities and spices. And the “cat therapy” - there are two adorable girl cats in the compound. If you don’t want them getting too friendly, just keep the wooden doors closed. We personally found these two fur angels a perfect addition to the coziness of our stay. Funny enough, no matter how much we enjoyed the parks and gardens (such as Hunte’s) on the island, we still saw monkeys much more often when we were in the apartment, as they roam freely in the area. The closest beach occurred to be truly the best one for swimming and fish watching. Savvy on the Bay is less than 10min walk from the apt and has live music, bar and a variety of Caribbean dishes. Our favorite food truck was definitely Jamaica Plantation. 4A’s Super Mart is the neighborhood store where you can get everything needed for a quick meal, as well as some kitty treats. There are stray cats, remember to give them water as it’s hot:)
