Jessie's Hut

Our first hut (Ben's hut) was so successful, we've built another one !! Set on a working sheep farm, Jessie’s Hut has a double bed with the option of a single bunk above, giving a 2+1 format. There's a shower room and a small kitchen area with a fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. Wool-based insulation and central heating keep the hut cosy warm all year. Things to see include:- Beamish Museum (a must see!!), The Roman Wall, Durham, Kilhope Lead mining Museum and The Metro Centre.

The quayside is about 15 minutes walk along the riverbank. There are regular buses (every 15 minutes) which will take you to the quayside the on to the city centre. This is a great place to stay and was my 1st flat before our family grew out of it! Towels and bedding are provided.
