Our property sits on 4 acres of tranquil countryside at the top of the verdant Dordogne valleys. Sit back, have a glass of wine, and watch the hot air balloons paint across the sky at sunrise or sunset. Use our bicycles to explore the locale or BBQ outside and take in the scenery.

A Carlux, petit village, vous trouverez des commerces (épicerie-boucherie et boulangerie) et des activités de loisirs à proximité immédiate (Canoës, piste cyclable, randonnées et baignade en bord de Dordogne à trois minutes). Cette ancienne tannerie datant du 19 ème siècle est située en plein cœur du village de Sainte Eulalie d’Olt, village d’artistes classé parmi les plus beaux villages de France, sur le territoire du parc naturel régional de l’Aubrac. La Tannerie, d’une capacité d’accueil de 10 personnes, offrira à ses occupants un ensemble d’environ 300 m2 habitable, entièrement rénové, sur un terrain clos de 1500 m2 avec piscine 12x4 et bordé d’un ruisseau.

A small communal shop and a delightful brasserie, where you can have a drink in the day or enjoy a tasty meal at night. You can stay home and relax in the Gite's pretty garden, inviting pool with its river views or explore this beautiful region 'Les Causses du Quercy'.
