A cabin for rest and tranquility

Very quiet cabin to rest 35 to 40 min from the city of Panguipulli, 10 min from Choshuenco and 20 min from the Huilo Huilo biological reserve surrounded by vegetation and native trees. At the back of the house there is an arm of the Fuy river that is there most of the year. In December, January, February, March, April, May it sometimes dries up. It can be a little more during the year. It has water again until October. It is relative. The cabin is located 100 meters approx from the road.

Our cozy recently built tiny home has amazing views of the pucon valley and is located only 7 mins by car or four miles from the city center. The last quater mile to the house is a gravel road with two steep hills and is only for 4x4 or awd cars. The tiny home is located near the famous waterfall "Salto del Claro" and is not more than a few minutes from the "Rio Turbio" which is great for hiking or in summertime taking a deep in the volcanic spring waters.

All photographs are within the property. 25 minutes from the city of Lican Ray, 35 minutes from Coñaripe and 45 minutes from Villarrica.
