Second time I've stayed, excellent location in the center of San Fernando, nice apartment, complete, clean, modern, with garage and attended by Diego who is always looking out for us to have a good time. 100% recommended, thanks Diego

I stayed one night and the experience was excellent. The apartment is very well located, in a quiet area of Palermo but close to everything. Clean, comfortable and with everything you need for a short stay. Communication with the host was quick and clear. I definitely recommend it.

Excellent apartment, nice, comfortable, with a good location. The apartment is well equipped and impeccable in terms of order and cleanliness. Silvia communicated very well, was attentive and very cordial. The check-in and check-out of the apartment is very simple, which is also good. The area is good, it is one block from the main avenue, which has many shops of all kinds and with the possibility of transportation for those who walk. 10/10

A beautiful apt and very comfortable. Jana is always attentive to our needs. The neighborhood is very quiet and with restaurants and cafes of good level for snack or lunch. Having fixed parking in the building is a fabulous tranquility and comfort. Thank you so much for your attention and see you next time!!

Both the building and the apartment are very nice, check-in is very accessible, there is a 24-hour doorman. The only thing is that the bed is a little hard, but for a short stay it's fine.

A gorgeous home in history district. Totally walkable to Congreso, Obelisco, Puerto Madero, Casa Rosada...and also great for the tango enthusiasts. What a privilege to experience a stay this gem! I would absolutely love to return.

Fabulous stay in Palermo. Walkable to bars and restaurants, and easy to get a cab to other areas of BA. The windows of the apartment are floor to ceiling and let in so much light. The terrace is great, just be careful as the railing is a little lower than standard!! Can not recommend this Airbnb enough! There is a washer and dryer on site, you just need to get a key from security and token are store down the street-easy enough to do just a little extra run around.

The place was perfect, comfy, walking distance from restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets, etc, Luciano has been Super helpful from the begining to the end and also very kind. Pablo de building manager is also super helpful. I had a wonderful stay in this place, Im very happy to have chosen it. I fully recomend it

The apartment is very well equipped and is very suitable for a long-term stay. It was clean and felt cosy. I would definitely stay there again. The gym had the equipment exactly as shown in the pictures. They close some time in the evening for the night (22 or 23), so just make sure to double check this from reception before, if needed. The laundry room is open 24h and is well equipped. You either need Argentina phone number for the mobile app or tokens. I used SMS Virtual app to fake the phone number. The host was very responsive and answered quickly, even though he was not in the country and couldn't assist directly. The area is well guarded and secure. I recommend.

Aníbal was extremely kind, the apartment was very well decorated and spacious, quiet because it was in the back, friends of mine rented apartments in the front and complained about noises but ours was very quiet. The location was great. Would recommend.

Great place to be! Felt a the streets a little to empty at the begining, but then realized that we were very close to San Telmo and Porto Madero, great location, quiet windows and modern apartment.

Gabriel is a very busy host with the reception. Before arriving, I send suggestions for places, restaurants, breweries and places. He left us very relaxed, the reception is spectacular. He is very careful, his apartment is organised, he explains how everything works. And I'm always ready to answer any questions and anything you need. In short, we were very comfortable and safe. Everything was impeccable.

Excellent stay. We stayed 5 days, the location is sensational, Palermo is a very beautiful neighborhood with many nice places, the apartment is close to the subway for those who want the convenience, the bed is huge and great for sleeping, and the host attended to us very well. Our stay was great.

The building is located a few blocks from Corrientes Street and 9 de Julio Avenue. The highlight of this apartment is the breathtaking view of all of Buenos Aires from the 18th floor. It allows you to appreciate the sunrise and sunset. The staff at the entrance are respectful. Hosts are very responsive and friendly. The kitchen, bathroom, hot water, heating, and TV worked perfectly. I highly recommend staying in this apartment. I'd come back.
