De nieuwe Casa Muela in Murcia (zuid Spanje) is uitermate geschikt voor twee personen! Het heeft een ruime en goed ingerichte keuken, slaapkamer, badkamer met inloopdouche en fijne woonkamer met airco en televisie. Casa Muela is licht en rustig en heeft een overdekt terras met eettafel en zitstoelen. Het in 2026 vernieuwde buitenzwembad heeft een zonnig terras met uitzicht ! Havenstad Cartagena ligt op fietsafstand, net als het zandstrand van El Portús. Ideaal voor rustzoekers en wandelaars!

Reformado por completo en el año 2025, este apartamento conserva la historia del edificio centenario en el que se sitúa. La reforma llevada a cabo por el estudio de arquitectura GÁLVEZ+DÍAZ ha conseguido rescatar los pavimentos hidráulicos originales ocultos bajo dos niveles de baldosas, restaurar las puertas balconeras y el mirador modernista de la fachada y poner en valor el ladrillo macizo de los muros de carga originales del edificio y su estructura de vigas de madera aserrada.
