Magnificent house with spectacular views of the Atazar reservoir, comfortable house with two floors, 2 bedrooms upstairs and three downstairs. Rooms are opened according to the number of people, common areas are left available throughout the house. A bathroom and toilet downstairs and a bathroom upstairs. It cooks on both floors. Large terrace where you can enjoy the sunset and the starry sky and glazed porch overlooking the reservoir downstairs. We have installed a detachable pool for the summer.

La Bila was built in 1947, in a colony of stone houses. Its interior is completely rehabilitated. It has a spectacular swimming pool for summer and a garden to enjoy at all times of the year. The plot is completely fenced and away from the road, it is very quiet. Thanks to its insulation, both in summer and winter the indoor temperature is very pleasant.
