On the ground floor, it has a large covered outdoor terrace, open to the pool and barbecue, a living room, a kitchen, 3 double bedrooms (1 double), 1 single bedroom, and 2 bathrooms. On the first floor, 2 double bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom, a large living room and a covered terrace.

IMPORTANT: Contact before booking so that I can tell you the conditions. In July and August, the rent will be for full weeks or fortnights, and a maximum of one day will be left between bookings. It has a washing machine, dishwasher, and a full kitchen with an oven and microwave. Linens and towels are included.

Our typical "casita menorquina" is situated 100m from Cala Blanca, a lovely crystal clear small beach with restaurants and bars. It's located in a very tranquil neighbourhood, inside a small condo with 3 other similar houses sharing a big swimming pool. The house has a big private outdoor area with garden and BBQ facilities and... the best... a rooftop terrace with chill out area and a gorgeous sea/sunset view. The house has 2 rooms with air conditioning.

Numerous white sand beaches within walking distance. Also on foot you can reach the village of Calan 'Bosh with many bars, shops and restaurants.

The brand new Casa Milos annex, which we prefer to reserve for adult guests, is located within the garden of our property, which is a few meters from the sea, along the south coast of the island. The sea view, with the island of Aire and its lighthouse in front of us, and the tranquility are what most characterize this peaceful place. In the center of the complex, there are many bars and restaurants. The old capital, Ciutadella, is a 10-minute drive away and is full of interesting architecture, winding streets and excellent places to have lunch and go for a walk.
