This little gem has it's own patio and private garden. It is a two minute walk to the beach - a wide, beautiful, & virtually deserted - lovely for swimming. Yet it is near the center of town, steps away from restaurants and outdoor activity providers. We appreciate that traveling during the pandemic can be daunting. We take cleanliness and sanitation most seriously. We have put a minimum of 2 days between guests. During that time, we will clean, sanitize and ventilate the property.

Casa de la Playa is a spacious 4 bedroom home on the beach in the heart of downtown Los Barriles. We are the first house to the north of Las Palmas de Cortez Hotel . The Sea of Cortez is just outside your door, with easy access to Kiteboarding, snorkeling, SUPing, fishing, and kayaking. You can easily walk to town, ATV, or take the beach cruisers! Hola, We’re Tricia and Rick. In 2013 we RV’d our way down Baja and fell in love with Los Barriles. So…we stayed. We built our home with the intention of a vacation rental suite below. Our property is enclosed and private with surrounding gardens. We seasonally grow bananas, pineapples, papayas, limes and mangos. When ripe, we love to share. El Nido is located in town - walkable to town and the glorious beach. We value our clients and would be honoured to have you as a guest.

Perfect for couples or small families/groups; 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom but spacious living area where there’s a sofa bed. Amazing rooftop with very nice ocean views perfect to relax. The area is perfect for sport fishing, kayaking, kitesurfing, or just chilling at the beach.
