Enjoy the largest deck in the complex, accompanied by a gas grill and 2 kayaks for your use, one double, one single. It's very private, as it is situated to the far corner of the property. Even though it is close to the main road, the unit sits right above the beach, eliminating any traffic noise. We've been told by others who have stayed there before, "It's the best unit in the complex." Pool Level, exceptionally private, located on the corner of the complex with its own entrance.

There is also a pool with patio chairs and tables and lounge chairs for sunbathing. No dogs allowed, no dog policy for renters strictly enforced by HOA.

The Sea of Cortez is just outside your door, with easy access to Kiteboarding, snorkeling, SUPing, fishing, and kayaking. You can easily walk to town, ATV, or take the beach cruisers! You cannot beat the location! Our apartment is located right on the beach and has a non-obstructed ocean view from its terrace. It´s a very short walk to all the action at Cerritos Beach but still far enough away that it is quiet and peaceful. We have one Wavestorm 8 ft soft top surfboard for your use. (unless the previous renter broke or lost it). Playa los Cerritos is a familiar beach and one of the best spots for surf beginners as well as the experienced.
