Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Los Altos

We had a wonderful stay in Pacifica! The home was exactly as described—clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The location near the beach was perfect, with stunning cliffside views and the relaxing sound of the waves at night. It was such a peaceful getaway, and we truly wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend!

Had a lovely stay at Annette and Fred’s place - the location was great, the house was fully stocked and the hosts were extremely responsive when we had questions. Having a hot tub and gas fireplaces were an added bonus for spending the evenings admiring the views.

Easy to find. Felt very private at the end of a quiet residential road. Whale Watching! - from the living room and master bedroom we could see whales. We didn't expect to be able to watch whales from the warmth of the house. We could also walk across the street and stand on the lookout and watch whales from there, as well. The closest beaches must have suffered a landslide because access was down a muddy embankment. The 2nd beach about .5miles away was lined by homeless people living in RVs - wasn't a fun walk to the farther beach. Highly recommend Moss Beach and San Pedro beach for easier access. San Pedro has a busy Taco Bell right off the parkinglot.

We loved our stay! The location was ideal for us, just a few minutes from a beautiful redwoods park and a short drive to the coast. This part of California is tucked away from the busy crowds of the Bay Area and feels remote. The Loma Mar outpost offers basic provisions and a restaurant a few minutes from the house, and Pescadero has a strip of shops and restaurants about ten minutes away. The house is lovely and comfortable, very peaceful.

Absolutely enjoyed! The home was so welcoming and cozy, a picturesque beach cottage. The outdoor space was so beautiful and peaceful. Great location that is quiet and close proximity to the beach and trails. Guliz was very friendly and responsive. You can tell a lot of thought and care went into the home. Would absolutely recommend!

We had a very good time at Mel's place. The place was as per the listing. It's very close to the beach trails and also close to SF and SFO. Mel was very helpful, always replying back in minutes and answering our queries. Recommend her place for anyone looking to spend a nice peaceful weekend.

Our 3rd time staying here, we love this house. So comfortable and quiet, stocked with everything we need in a perfect location. Staurt is awesome. Highly recommended!

What a beautiful property! Rita and Steve are fabulous hosts. The home is new, well-designed and comfortable. The backyard is private with gorgeous landscaping. It’s a short walk to the beach. We’d stay here again. It’s a gem!

I was able to walk everywhere - grocery, restaurants, and all types of stores within walking distance. Dylan and Alex are so friendly and proactive to be helpful. Great location! Apartment was spotless and location very convenient to restaurants and shopping. Hosts were very responsive. We had a bit of trouble with the app that provides access to the garage , but we were generally able to piggyback with someone else entering the garage, so it wasn’t a significant problem. Would happily stay again.

I loved Albina's place. It was so perfect for what we were looking for. It was cute, easy to find, easy parking and just so lovely. The highlight was the view. The bedroom window looked out to the city and the ocean. We never even turned the TV on since the view from the bed was just spectacular. We literally just watched the ocean and boats going by as the sunset before our eyes. The moon then came out and we went to bed just staring out at the sky. I hope to be able to stay here again. It was such a magical retreat.

Fantastic spot- central on the island but felt like a you were still off on your own.

Book this home for my boyfriend and I while we were visiting family and it was great! The hosts were very friendly and were very helpful as well. Would definitely book a stay here again next time we visit SJ!

Our stay at Brookes home was great! The space was incredibly clean and comfortable. We felt very comfortable and safe. I wish I could have stayed longer, but the space was beautiful outside even after the storm. We had a small hiccup trying to get the lock to work, but Brooke was super fast with her response & helped us get in quickly. 10/10 would stay again!

We had a great stay at this cozy cabin in the Redwoods. What a beautiful location, of course the pictures do not do it justice. Literally nestled in the center of towering redwoods. The kids loved the swingset, art room, game room and of course exploring the yard for banana slugs. The cabin was much bigger than we expected, we definitely plan on returning in the future. This cabin is truly something special. From the moment we arrived, my family and I felt at peace — our baby fell asleep almost instantly, and my partner and I finally got to take a deep breath and exhale. The design, the quiet, the views… every detail made us feel at home. We especially loved winding down in the bathtub after baby boy went to sleep — such a peaceful way to end the day. Paige and Jamie have created something beautiful here, and it’s inspired me to one day build a home just like this for my own family. Highly recommend for anyone looking to reconnect, rest, and feel grounded in nature.

We had such a lovely stay at this cozy cabin in the woods! It was the perfect peaceful getaway for our family—my partner, our son, my mom, and our dog all felt right at home. The space is beautifully designed, both stylish and functional, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The layout made great use of the space, and it was clear that a lot of thought and care went into creating a welcoming environment. We especially appreciated the little touches, like hooks everywhere and a well stocked kitchen that made it feel extra special.
