It consists of: a swimming pool, a skate bowl, two large bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room, and a dining room with an integrated kitchen, a car entrance, a grill, sun loungers, a stove, an alarm with cameras, and a 1000 m2 wooded park. The house has two 55-inch TVs, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a microwave, an electric kettle, a toaster, a sandwich maker, a coffee maker, and a cleaning service for a fee if requested. Heating via radiant floor.

Wonderful house located in the impeccable neighborhood of Bosque Peralta Ramos on the outskirts of Mar del Plata 5 minutes drive from the ocean. This cozy, quiet oasis in the shade of the eucalyptus forest is suitable for relaxing with family, loved ones, or close friends. Our house is a place where you can feel at one with nature, hear the birds singing and catch the first rays of the sun on the terrace. The area is safe, parking on the territory with a surveillance camera. There is a barbecue area, dishes, bed linen and towels.

This is a modular house that we built to enjoy as a family and that we decided to rent during times of the year when we do not use it.
