We are Karla and Francisco, it will be a pleasure to be their hosts, we invite you to what you are staying with us, our apartment has access with key, they can arrive at whatever time they like, it has parking for a car, laundry room in the backyard, 15 min from the center walking and a little more than 2km from the malecón. It has 3 mini-splits and a TV in each bedroom to enjoy their favorite series. On the way around you have an OXXO convenience store and a few steps from several shops.

The home is fully furnished including housewares.

The condo is on the 4th floor and accessed by elevator or stairs. The common area features a large and meandering wading and swimming built-in pool (not heated) surrounded by palapas and lounge chairs, and a sandy lounge/play area. Family apartment, ideal for a group of friends or families. You'll be close to everything if you stay at Casa del Carmen, as it's located two blocks from the historic center (there may be noise) and three blocks from the pier. You can enjoy a walk admiring the beautiful landscapes of Loreto. In the area where Casa del Carmen is located, you will find a laundry, bank, bakery, convenience stores, and food places where you can enjoy different specialties.

We are located just over 1.5 km from the Malecón and the Historic Center. Approximately 5 minutes by car and 15 minutes on foot.
