位於新竹市科學園區旁。獨棟，寧靜、舒適。提供投影機、音響，可以在悠閒的住處與家人朋友一起觀賞電影、玩遊戲與聊天。附近商店林立，購物方便。旁邊就有付費停車場，停車場走路就可以到。離科學園區走路五分鐘。至多可接待十位同時入住，超過五位可以跟我們說，會為您額外準備。因為空間限制，本棟禁菸、不接待10歲以下的幼童與寵物。沒有電梯，也不是無障礙空間喔。請斟酌自身狀況是否適合喔。謝謝您《提供小點心、茶包》
