Casa do Povo is part of a group of houses inserted in Quinta Barqueiros D'Ouro, located in Barqueiros, in the Douro Demarcated Region. Taking advantage of the privileged location and view, the guest is in permanent contact with the river and the vineyard. It is a renovated stone house located above the village fountain, popular in the surrounding area for its pure water. Novelães is a very quiet village just 5 km from the foot of Serra da Estrela between Gouveia and Seia. The house has a large space with 3 bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Guests can enjoy silence and peace, walk through the woods and visit the surrounding natural attractions.

Relax Container

The Relax Container, the only existing house in the property, is an isolated comfortable home completely surrounded by nature, and a small creek passing by, where you can relax and regenerate yourself, away from the stress of the cities. In the same space, there´s a hot tub you can enjoy (private and not shared) and only available for the house guests (extra fee applies).

The studio is part of the large authentic private house of the Dutch owners, located in Provesende, a traditional and, for several years, protected wine village in the heart of the Douro Valley. UNESCO World Heritage Site. In the house are three studios with their own entrance and two rooms. The garden and swimming pool are for communal use.
