Charming guest apartment on our property on 1.5 acres in pastoral neighborhood, 7 minutes to Wilton center and 8 to Westport center. The cottage is a good size for 1-2 adults, can fit 3 people if one is a child. The unit is separate from our house, connected by a breezeway, above the garage. It is quaint and cozy. High end kitchen appliances include gas range, mini fridge, microwave and mini dishwasher. The bedroom has a queen bed. We have a twin air mattress for use in the living room.

Modern Farmhouse Steps to Beach & Love Lane

Our home is professionally designed and set on a spacious, manicured green parcel enclosed by a Cul-de-sac with complete privacy inside and out. The home is designed with all modern conveniences and is located less than a 5 minute walk to Love Lane (Mattituck's charming downtown), Veteran's Beach (one of the best beaches on the Northfork) and the Mattituck train station. It is a place to relax, unwind and enjoy all that North Fork has to offer.

Great little place just for a couple

It's quiet and cozy here. The yard is completely fenced with tall, green, living shrubs. There's no high stone or wooden fence. The garden is full of flowers, shrubs, and trees. There's a gas grill, a fire pit, and a place to eat under an umbrella. Parking is free. I rent out half the house and the sitting area to guests. You won't be disturbed. The other half is empty; I only go there occasionally. I don't charge extra for pets.

Quaint Cottage on Long Island's South Shore.

The Cottage is a lovely space enclosed in hedges for privacy on a one acre property. I do have 3 dogs, they are kept in a separate gated area on the property. The cottage is located 3 miles from downtown Patchogue which is enjoying a renaissance. There are many restaurants and cultural activities as well as ferry access to Fire Island (Davis Park) in the warmer weather. We are also the "Gateway" to The Hamptons.

Walk to Vineyards, Beaches, Farms & Town

Private bungalow with a separate entrance in a historical tudor home. Spacious bedroom with king-sized bed, kitchenette and bathroom. Two bikes, cable TV, internet, AC, beach towels, parking, snacks, coffee and water all provided. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops, vineyards, grocery, farms and fish market. Jitney stop is one block away!
