Beach condo holiday rentals in Long Branch

Wil is a great host and responds promptly to messages. The condo is large and comfortably slept seven. It is in a great location! Walkable to the beach and boardwalk, but tucked away in a peaceful setting. There is ample parking. The 4 beach passes are a nice money saver! Our family would definitely come back to Wil's place.

Perfect location for a quick get away and so thrilled we could bring our furry loved ones. Eoin was kind and prompt with communication. The location is walking distance to all you could need. It was a quiet and peaceful few days.

Had an amazing time at Michael’s place. It is centrally located to restaurants, shopping, and a short walk to the beach! The condo was impeccably clean, cozy, and exactly as described by the listing. Michael quickly responded to any questions I asked. Would definitely stay again!

If you are looking to explore New York for a few days or longer then Jay's place is great. Just a few minutes from the Long Beach station, Penn or Grand Central are about an hour away on a direct LIRR train. You will save $$$ by staying here compared with Manhattan. Long Beach is a safe, full of interesting shops. The 10km boardwalk is just a few minutes away. The apartment of character in a listed building full of charm. Loved the well stocked kitchen and would not hesitate to come back again.

Niki's place was amazing. We couldn't have asked for a better location. The view was beautiful. Niki had most of what we needed for the beach, which was so helpful: chairs and umbrellas. The house had all we needed to make meals at home and was close enough to walk to the boardwalk. The master bedroom's bed was exceptionally comfortable. Niki was great at communicating and helping us troubleshoot the TV when we couldn't turn it on. We would definitely stay here again.

Charleen and Nick were perfect hosts. We were in town for a music festival and they were very accommodating of our unique schedule. The stay was lovely. The beach and boardwalk are only a block away and we took full advantage!

What a pleasant experience we just had at Two Sisters Dream . Great location, clean, great views, 5 stars communication. It felt like Home away from home . Thankful and grateful for a perfect getaway !

Tristan was super helpful and polite. My service dog and I stayed the night due to being evacuated from the wildfires. He was quick to respond and sent me a message right away about how to get inside and asked me to message him if I needed anything. The house was as advertised so luckily I didn’t need anything assistance. Definitely will be staying here again just to enjoy the views it really is a lovely place. Thanks again Tristan! God bless

What a pleasure to have found this place! I travel to the area for business and the last few places I stayed were mediocre at best. Dave is a wonderful host, very helpful and responsive, and the condo is exactly as described and pictured! I will definitely book this for my future visits. We had an amazing week stay at Glynn’s place! We chose the location as we didn’t want to stay at busy Manhattan after long days exploring and we are so glad we chose Hoboken! The apartment is so cozy and comfortable and has everything you need for a long or short stay. The bus and train to Manhattan is so close by and Hoboken Main Street just around the corner has everything you need if you want have a local day and chill. As ladies we felt very safe staying in the apartment and also to go out and wander around on our own as well. We are already planning a trip back! Can not recommend this apartment enough!

Our family and our lab Ryder had a wonderful time this week 8/3/24-8/10/24. The condo is perfect. A short walk to the beach, very clean and comfortable. Lots of amenities and special touches like the dog mat when we first walked in. Looked exactly like the pics! Neighbors were friendly and our dog was able to make new friends with other dogs in the neighborhood during his daily walks. Centrally located to shopping and the boardwalk. Host Maria was extremely responsive to any questions we had and made us feel at home. Thanks for letting us stay!

Leidy was a wonderful host. Available within minutes of ringing her phone. The apartment was clean, cozy and confortable. Everything needed for a fun walk to the beach vacation. The heated pool was great for a dip at the end of the day . The kitchen was well stocked with necessities...pots, pans, spices, oil and vinegar (if you wanted to cook). It was is quiet in the evening away from the boardwalk yet close enough to go there if you want the razzle/dazzle of Seaside Heights attractions. We would stay again for sure if our travels bring us back to NJ.

This place was great for a quick end of summer getaway. It was very easy to walk to the boardwalk and area restaurants. We would definitely stay here again. One thing to keep in mind for future interested tenants, specially light sleepers, you can hear every single footstep the upstairs residents make. Otherwise it was an excellent experience.

Such a nice spot—could walk my surfboard to the beach. Would stay again.

Joe is an excellent host, the house is clean and very well organized. I only had a little bit of a problem with the entrance door, and Joe I act very fast, sending a maintenance person, which I resolved at the moment. Definitely coming back in the summer.

Great house, I can say everything was more than I expected! Very clean, comfortable and big house, good location, quiet and friendly neighborhood, nice to walk and good restaurants around. The host Will was very nice and flexible. Highly recommend!

Fantastic location and completely updated, clean, and comfortable rental. Everything you need is provided, including beach equipment. Access to the beach couldn’t be easier. Paula and Dwight were extremely responsive and gracious hosts and went out of their way to answer any questions and provide support when needed. Highly recommend!

We had a great time at the house! Everything was as listed. AJ was responsive and reached out with clear instructions on check in and house tips. The location was amazing, so close to the beach, and the neighbors in the rest of the house were very friendly. We loved chilling on the porch, and the quietness of Ocean Grove with the proximity of the more busy town of Asbury only about 3/4 of a mile away is perfect! Thanks again and we wil surely be looking to book again in the future!

Great place to stay if you have kiddos! There’s a whole room with bunk beds and toys. Awesome location!!

Stephanie's place made for a great weekend with a few friends. The space itself was super clean and well laid out, comfortably accommodating five adults. It was ideally located a quick three blocks from the boardwalk and the several restaurants in the area. Street parking was fairly easy to come by and free if parking in the proper areas. The host was incredibly helpful in communicating local updates affecting parking as well as providing check-in info in a timely manner. They included beach passes and chairs which made beach time all that better. All in all this was a great find and made for a comfortable stay for our weekend. Would totally recommend for anyone looking for a nice rental in AP! Thank you for hosting!

This is a great place conveniently located to everything. The place is beautiful, clean, and decorated in a beachy vibe. It was super stocked with everything you could think of. Just grab a couple personal belongings and you are set! The host was great and responsive. We didn’t want to leave.
