Everything was excellent, we were 15 people for a dance congress and Rubén nos rent three apartments, all three were a super-equipped luxury. The super cute and super central location has everything close to business restaurants bars and bingo, we would definitely go back to choosing the same accommodations. They were very kind, and attentive when we needed them. The house is very comfortable, well thought out the layout, and in the garden too...many beautiful corners to enjoy...the house is very warm (I guess also cool, because it has very powerful cold/heat air in all rooms) also the possibility of lighting the fireplace...we enjoyed it a lot.

Maru is the best host I've ever had on Airbnb. She was very friendly and always available for questions. We felt right at home during our stay. I will definitely rent this house again in future trips to Buenos Aires. Maru's home is the best!

Stay was perfect close to family for visit

I was only stayed for a layover in the accommodation and therefore had very special check-in and check-out times, which were no problem for Erika. In addition, she and her father were super helpful when a power outage made my Uber order to the airport difficult. Would definitely come back.

It's unbelievable, the apartment is luxurious and well-equipped, the apartment is on the 40th floor, with a great view of the port city, when I return to Argentina, I will definitely stay again!

A great apartment in a lovely neighbourhood of BA with plenty of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. As has been said in previous reviews there is noise from passing traffic so lighter sleepers will benefit from use of ear plugs! Accommodation as described and seen in photos. It was an added bonus to have gym, roof terrace and pool. Communal machines are available on site too and are very reasonably priced. Ale was an exceptional host and very responsive from the start of the booking process right through, answering any questions we had very promptly. All in all we would definitely recommend Ale’s place in San Telmo as a great place to stay and explore the city!

Very good accommodation, it was clean and beautiful. The host was very friendly and answered all our questions instantly. It is a quiet neighborhood and at the same time close to several interesting points of the city. Please note that there are 4 floors without a lift, which makes it difficult to move suitcases. I recommend buying toilet paper as the one offered was not of good quality. Yes, it had all the other implements for a perfect stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Gonzalo was very responsive and gave great recommendations. The apartment was clean and as described. The building was beautiful. The location is close to Armenia park which has great bars and restaurants to try. Would stay again!
