The village is located on the river Lužnica (possibility of fishing), and there are the ruins of a castle and a Gothic church, near the town of Bechyně.

Vybavení koupelny - velká vana i sprchový kout. Veřejné parkoviště vzdáleno 30 m od domu (cena od 40,- Kč/den). The apartment is located on the second floor of a brick apartment building with an elevator on Budovatelů Street. The apartment underwent a complete renovation at the end of 2019. The apartment is about 1 min. walk from the bus stop with direct connection to the center (the bus ride takes about 9 min).

For children, there is a sandpit, a swing, toys and a large space for running. Easy heating system.
