The Villa is located 15 minutes from the capital of Sainte-Marie and a short walk from shops. The house occupies an area of 64 m² on the ground floor with a covered terrace of 28 m². Two of the bedrooms of the accommodation are on the mezzanine, served respectively by a staircase and a ladder.
