In front of the cottage, there is a terrace for enjoying a cup of coffee, a spacious outdoor kitchen, a table, a fire pit and an outdoor solar shower. 400 metres away is Lake Rakitna for stand-up paddleboarding, swimming in summer and fishing. An excellent starting point for hikes in the surrounding area and to nearby peaks, or for cycling. Rakitna has a pristine nature, the best air and drinking water straight from the tap.

The Luxury Residence Metlika features a spacious bedroom, a living room with wellness and kitchen, and a bathroom. The bedroom is equipped for two people and is separated from the central part by a door. The kitchen is equipped with modern and all necessary cooking equipment.
