We welcome you to our independent studio (separated from our house by a large barn) with private access minutes from the Loire. Quietly, you will have everything you need for a comfortable country rest. This studio of about 30 m2 has its own kitchenette, shower room and private toilet. Strolling through the countryside and enjoying an adjoining terrace will help you find the serenity you seek. Everything you need to prepare tea and coffee to enhance your stay.

Suite in 19th century property. Carefully decorated for a pleasant stay. Independent access to a 45 m2 bedroom, a living room area and private shower room. No kitchen. Guests can take advantage of the inner courtyard and large green garden with views of horses. Old stones and greenery will seduce you. Villiers-Sous-Grez is a charming little village. Bakery is a 7-min walk away. Supermarkets 10 min., A6 and TER 5 min drive. Ideal for visiting the area.

Large studio on the edge of a Sologne pond

Come and relax in our spacious air-conditioned studio with independent entrance, upstairs of our house, overlooking our pond and the surrounding countryside, at the gates of Chambord and the Loire by bike. You can stroll around our pond or fish there or take a boat ride, while observing the local fauna and flora in a quiet and peaceful setting. In a green and quiet setting, 12 km from Orléans, 2 steps from the Loire and on the "route des châteaux", pretty modern outbuilding backing onto the owners' house, consisting of 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with private toilets and bathrooms, a kitchen equipped to prepare breakfast and simple meals, a private terrace accessible from the bedrooms and from the kitchen, a heated swimming pool open from May 1st to September 30th.

Climbers, hikers, cyclists, workers... you are 25 km from Fontainebleau, and on a hiking trail 2 km from Buthiers! The accommodation welcomes you comfortably with the pool on sunny days. The beds are made upon arrival, all linens are provided free of charge. For a stay of 6 people, you can also book the "Stone Maisonette near the forest" which is on the other side of the garden.

This studio, on the first floor of our house, is completely renovated and is ideally placed for a stop on the "Loire à Vélo". It is located 2 steps from the SULLY/ST PERE footbridge and a 2-minute walk to the Château, Downtown, Shops and Services. A large independent entrance allows you to store your bikes safely. In our common courtyard, we provide you with garden furniture.

Possibility to put bicycles and motorcycles under cover and safely. Bright 40 m2 studio, with kitchenette, bathroom and toilet private. Comfortable sofa bed (sheets and duvet and pillows provided) for 1–2 people.
