Beautiful little haven of peace, quiet and independent, very well-equipped. Comfortable bedding and very nice hot tub. Perfect for 2 nights , we'll come back! (ps: the car is essential for shopping/going to the restaurant - the city center of Gennes Val de Loire is 8km away)

Delighted with this weekend in Angers . The apartment is very close to the tram stop so everything can be done on foot, no need for a car.

Functional accommodation, well located very close to the station on foot. Pleasant and comfortable apartment for our group of 7. Very convenient self check-in with the key box. Communication with Mathilde was very smooth.

Very much enjoyed the apartment, Celine is very helpful and always responds quickly. The apartment is also very centrally located and there is plenty to do nearby. Highly recommended again!

Joel and Huguette are two of the most hospitable Hosts you'll meet. Their cat is very friendly too!! We spent a week in the apartment and it felt like home away from home. The kitchen is fully equipped with good utensils and cookware. The bathroom had extra essentials and the bedroom very spacious. The neighbourhood is quiet and free parking is in front of the apartment. Cafe, park, bakery all within 5 minute walk and large grocery store in 1 km. Highly recommend!!

Claude and Ginette are very welcoming and are adaptable for check in and check out times. We had a great time. They were very attentive to us and our 15 month old baby. The accommodation is less than 30 minutes from Beauval and you can walk around or in the garden.

Even though I was very often away from the accommodation for appointments, every moment in the accommodation with the terrace was peaceful! Convenient, quiet accommodation, close to the banks of Maine, the park and the tram to get to the center. Perfect before tackling September :) See you soon and thank you for hosting us.

We had a fabulous stay with Sandrine and Francois! The house was perfect for our family of three, and the provisions available for children and babies is really well thought out with absolutely everything you need for a stay with young ones. The garden is beautiful and very peaceful. The property is well situated for exploring the surrounding Loire valley. We can’t rate our stay high enough and would definitely go and stay again!

Very beautiful accommodation, as described and very well equipped. Isabelle was very available to welcome us with great kindness in her living space. The bakery at the foot of the building is a real plus, as well as free parking nearby. A 160cm bed will bring a little more comfort. Thanks again, we'll be happy to come back.

Our stay at Melin’s place was extremely pleasant. The apartment is beautifully decorated, large and spacious and with the added bonus of off-street parking, which was perfect. The outside space is perfect for a chilled glass of wine in the evening. The place is situated conveniently minutes away from an excellent food hall selling fresh produce and the many excellent restaurants and bars offer a great choice. Because of the levels of comfort, convenience and enjoyment from the many local attractions (chateau, riverside walks and stunning countryside) we will definitely put this property on our re-visit list.
