The house is converted into a cozy little nest with modern comforts + private parking. It's great for a couple or family of 4. German and English spoken.

Day use possible upon availability upon request. The accommodation is of course completely non-smoking. The price indicated for 2 people is for one bed (for the sofa bed with sheets, a supplement will be requested). The space is a fully open space, not suitable for colleagues.

The apartment is fully equipped, has air conditioning and a balcony with partial sea view. Parking is free in the parking lot of the residence. The beach is at the end of the residence.

Enjoy the charming setting of this romantic boat in downtown Nantes, in front of Île Versailles. Small boat but very cozy, the bed is located in the main room. You will find the same thing inside as in the photos. A kitchen, a bed, a sofa bed, the captain's bunk in the back. A small bathroom with shower and dry toilet (important accuracy).
