Had a great visit! The check-in directions were very clear, which made my installation simple and enjoyable. The apartment is sublime, modern, and impeccably clean. The location is ideal, close to everything, and despite that, the place is perfectly quiet, without any traffic noise. I felt very welcome and would definitely recommend.

Very cocooning accommodation, ideal for a couple. Very nice bathroom. Everything is spotless and it's extremely pleasant! Only small downside, the width of the table to eat for two. But that's okay!

Well designed for a stop in Orleans. Good location for visiting the city on foot. Quiet place. The accommodation is clean as well as linens. The beds (bed and convertible) are perfect. However, a little effort on the finishes, especially in the bathroom, would be desirable. We had a nice and short stay that we will renew if needed in the area. We enjoyed the great coffee available. We had a very good week at Frédéric's place Perfectly located for visiting Blois and the surrounding area, very quiet accommodation and neighborhood, perfect for holidays. With a car the parking is very convenient. Frederic is a very responsive and friendly host ( thank you for the eggs from the chicken coop!) . The listing is very functional and as described. A few extra cooking utensils would be nice ( a toaster and a cheese grater for example). We were not able to enjoy the garden because it was raining but it seems very nice. We would definitely recommend Frédéric's place.

The accommodation booked for several students was unanimous among young people and their parents. The accommodation is well thought out, the kitchen is well equipped, the toilets are separate from the bathroom (convenient to prepare in the morning) and the bedrooms all offer beautiful volumes.

the accommodation is perfect to spend a few days discovering the castles of the Loire. Its location, in fact, allows you to reach the various sites in a reasonable time. The house is comfortable, equipped with everything you need. The host is very helpful and has provided us with all the directions.

Very nice apartment, well located (the city center of Tours is within walking distance) and well equipped. The parking is underground and secure. Pascal and Fabienne are responsive and adaptable to the check-in time. I would recommend this place for a stay in Tours.

Wonderful place in the center of town. Very walkable to all the attractions in Orléans and the apartment has everything you need. It is in a old house in which you can see the charming stone walls but the interior is very modern and brightly decorated.
