Excellent location, pleasant garden with Mediterranean vegetation, cozy apartment and our desire to feel at home with us, all these are sufficient reasons to spend your holidays, a long weekend or maybe just a day in our apartment Haliaetum all-year-round. The apartment is located in the middle floor (1st floor). It is suitable for up to 4 persons, centrally heated and air-conditioned. Fully furnished apartment includes: entrance with wardrobe, bathroom with shower and washing machine, living room with kitchen, dining table and 4 chairs, Led TV and a couch (130 x 190 cm) for two persons, bedroom with sea view and two beds We assure you that you will be excited about our extensive garden. In the shade of our pine trees, cypress and laurel bushes you will be delighted to use: table and 4 chairs, solid wooden deckchair along with sunbathing cushion and a folding deckchair, outdoor shower, fitness area among the cypress trees, swing on a pine, direct access from the garden to the beach, gas grill, free parking in front of the house, free Wi-Fi internet in the apartment and in the garden. Our house is certainly ideal also for families with children. Every moment you can "jump" in the apartment directly from the pebble beach without tiring walking or driving. Just park your car in front of the house and enjoy your vacation.

Holiday cottage in the countryside "BEe in foREST"

The apartment or holiday house, which we named "BEe in foREST", is located at the end of the village of Klenik near Pivka on the outskirts of Natura 2000, in the lap of nature, with which we are closely connected. It is made of mostly natural materials. The ground floor of the house, along with the bathroom, is accessible and adapted for people with disabilities. From the ground floor, you climb the wooden staircase to the attic, which, in addition to the bedroom with a balcony and a view of the meadows, also offers a sauna and a bathtub for additional relaxation.

At Zarja Glamping, enjoy luxury wooden cabins equipped with air conditioning. You have access to a natural lake for swimming and an outdoor summer kitchen with a grill. We also offer a small wellness area featuring a Finnish sauna. We also have a small restaurant For breakfast (10 EUR) , we offer freshly baked homemade bread with scrambled eggs straight from our farm ect. For dinner, we serve dishes homemade pasta, freshly grilled beef paired with garden vegetables and crispy potatoes.

Apartment Slavi is in the private house in small village Manče 5 km on the way from Vipava to Štanjel. It has very peaceful surroundings in the middle of nature, vineyards, trees... Vipava Valley is perfect for hiking, cycling, climbing or just chilling. It has best starting point to visit most of Slovenija. Karst is near, you need just 45 min to Ljubljana, Portorož, Piran, Tolmin... Apartment has 2 floors, each has air condition and bathroom. In front of the house there is a big green garden.

As soon as you leave the apartment, you are set in front of Shoemakers' Bridge. When staying in the apartment you can always be in the middle of happening in no time, with restaurants, bars and shops just around the corner, while still having quiet time in the apartment. We are happy to offer our guests a place that can make them feel at home.

The Riverside Home

Our home is empty most of the year as we moved abroad. After our own positive guest experiences, we decided to share our home with other travel enthusiast. We renovated and adapted the rooms for guests and hope you will enjoy the atmosphere and excellent location. The apartment is in a very old building on the 1st floor (w/o elevator) in the old town directly on the riverbank. It has a beautiful view of the river and in the winter of the castle when the trees are w/o leaves.

At the end of the street in Postojna is a unique apartment with a hint of yellow, modernly equipped with everything you need for a trip. Inside you will find a spacious bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable bed and a sofa bed (80x190 cm), suitable for a teenager or child.
