Het Vogelhuisje is located in one of the quietest spots in the Bosrijk Ruighenrode nature park. In the secluded garden, you can almost always see squirrels and birds. Three of the four bedrooms, a bathroom (the shower is in the bathtub) and a separate toilet are on the ground floor. The luxurious upstairs bathroom has an infrared sauna and a shower/steam cabin. The cottage is child-friendly and spacious. Fine towels, bedding and many basic amenities are provided. The cottage is pet-free.

Our guest house is located in the outskirts of Lochem and borders the estates "De Boekhorst", "De Velhorst" and "Het Grote Veld". Lochem is a 5-minute drive away. The Berkel River is a 3-minute walk from the guest house and is very suitable for canoeing and swimming. If you are interested in golfing, there is a nice 18-hole course a 5-minute drive away.
