Great place to stay with the family. What I enjoyed the most was being in the sunny beds (sunbeds) in front of the sea under the rustic techito.

I really loved the place, the treatment was very friendly, we were well cared for, it has a very beautiful view and it is a very cozy place to spend it with the family, I would return without hesitation 🤗

Had a few maintenance issues with water and power but solved quickly with great communication. Amazing property I would live there !

Definitely a very comfortable and beautiful place steps from the beach. Clean and tidy environments. Mateo was always attentive to the inquiries they had. I felt right at home.

- Excellent location, the house is quite large and very close to the beach, it has everything you need for grill / kitchen. - The rooms are spacious, clean and with several fans, so you don't feel hot. - The view of the rooms is cute. - It has several spaces to rest inside the house, it also has the option of umbrellas on the beach if you ask the managers. - Very safe.

Beautiful spot to take your whole family. All 8 of us were very comfortable and the place had everything we need to make our meals there. In the area, there are a few bars/restaurants you can walk to. You could also take a mototaxi into the small local town which has a grocery store. The person who let us in was very friendly and helpful. The views at night were spectacular and in the morning you could hear the waves coming in from the ocean. I would highly recommend this place to anyone of my friends and I hope to come back again soon myself. Great value for the price.

This house made our stay comfortable, the house is spacious, the rooms comfortable, its pleasant patio the kitchen comes with everything you need. Really super recommended.

The view is spectacular! The waves of the ocean will have you sleeping like a baby. The photos you see are exactly like the apartment.What you can’t see is the fresh smell of the ocean air, the many seabirds flying past or fishing all along Las Pocitas. This place is special. And Vanessa will soon become your best friend! She is a world class chef, who will make you whatever Peruvian dishes you desire. She also keeps the place spotless each and every day. Mario Edgardo and Josimar who are the Maui Condominium concierge, are very helpful and always responsive. I highly recommend this place to anyone. I know that I will be back again! It was a great experience, we love the pool that together with nature make it a wonderful place. We also had the tips from Mr. Alex's area that supported us so that this trip is most comfortable.

This place was beautiful! I stayed for a month and it was wonderful to have an easy walk to the beach, the Main Street, and a beautiful view of Mancora. Eliana was very communicative. My Spanish is very bad, so she even had her daughter communicate with me in my native language. Angie, who lives next door, was very kind and checked in if I ever needed anything. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I recommend it if you’re ever in Mancora!

I went with a group of friends to celebrate the bachelor party of one of them, the house was large and had different spaces, it was clean and had towels available for the beach and shower, bar, glasses, they supported us with the food and with the purchases of the supplies. The road to the beach was 5 minutes and we had a sun cover there, the beach looked private as there weren't many people. We had a great time.

Jose is a great host. He communicated clearly and even spoke a bit of English. Jose and his wife made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed for cooking and resting. They have access to the private beach across the road, down the path. The beach has rocks but you can find a spot for a swim. There are also 2 little shops near the property, very handy for cooking and deserts. We enjoyed our stay and are very thankful for the rest before our next adventure.

Excellent communication with the on site hostess and the owner of this Airbnb! Clean and organized and beautiful beachfront. Excellent location not far from the main road and in a quiet neighborhood. The property is completely secure and we felt very safe there. Beds were very comfortable. Modern decor that was themed based. Pride of ownership is obvious. Great value! You won’t be disappointed.

We had a fantastic nights stay at Miguel’s beach hut. The location was perfect, we could open the door directly onto the quiet end of a beautiful beach. The accommodation was exactly as listed with a mosquito net which was extra helpful in the evenings! Miguel was very responsive and helped us with both check in and check out. Would recommend for anyone to stay here if thinking about it

Casa AYA is shocking! It is a house that has an energy that makes you vibrate and live a dream! The architecture and decoration make each corner unique. The spaces are giant, and the comfort of the house makes you live a few days of luxury. Thank you infinitely to our dear Eva, who made our stay perfect. He got everything we needed and cooked us very rich every day! We live a few magical days, laugh, we cry, dance and do rituals that made us connect as a team and come back loaded with good energies and the best memories. This little house is very cute, with an ideal location as you only have to walk 10 steps to get to the beach. What's more, you have access to the swimming pool of the hotel opposite (sea view and lots of activities on offer) + access to a gym (the best in town). And as a bonus, great wifi! Charles' availability is also very much appreciated, and having contacted him several times, his responses were always prompt, and he knew how to meet our needs and help us with anything we needed. He's a great host and a great house! I'd also like to mention the cat and her 4 cute little kittens who live on the terrace of the Airbnb and who were our attraction throughout our stay in the house. A top stay, I really recommend spending a few days in Mancora alone or as a couple!
