This is a semi-rustic style house, meaning it has a rustic exterior and decor, but a modern, high-quality interior. The spa area is available for year-round use. The villa is independently equipped with state-of-the-art air conditioning in the living rooms and all bedrooms, providing ideal comfort and temperature throughout the house in both summer and winter. Understanding the importance of a good night's sleep to fully enjoy your vacation, we provide high-quality viscoelastic foam in all bedrooms, including pillows and mattresses. The house currently has high-speed fiber optic internet (1 Gb/s). The tranquil atmosphere is unique on the island, as the house is located in a quiet rural area with quick and easy access and beautiful views of Puig de Randa and La Bruixa. The road and path leading to the house are paved and in perfect condition. The city of Palma is just a 20-minute drive away, and the vast, unspoiled, and idyllic Es Trenc beach is only 15 minutes away, offering stunning views of the Cabrera Archipelago Nature Reserve. Enjoy a The Sub or classic beer tap with a wide selection of brands. There's a fantastic built-in outdoor barbecue, a chill-out area, and a picnic area with a relaxation zone at the rear of the property. Since the entire house is on one level, it's especially suitable for people with disabilities. For guests' use, and completely free of charge, the house always provides all kinds of cleaning products: hand soap, shower gel and shampoo, toilet paper, and kitchen roll. Mosquito repellents and additional fans in each room are also provided. New guests always receive a welcome gift, including the first tank of beer, a bottle of wine, and a basket of eggs from our free-range hens. Finally, it's worth highlighting that the house boasts fantastic outdoor lighting, perfectly illuminating the area around the house, pool, and barbecue, as well as the entire front of the property, for your enjoyment at night. There are no additional costs: the eco-tax and any other applicable charges are included in the total price.

The house is large, with its high ceilings on the ground floor, which gives it more coolness in the summer, and a sensation of amplitude. It is a cozy space and neighborhood, close to the center (350 m). Son Lleó – Charming Finca & Pool

Son Lleó is an amazing and big XVII century finca located in a natural area. Has three big rooms and two bathrooms. The finca is nicely decorated and perfectly tidy with original objetcs and tools from the own finca . The interiors from the floors to the furniture are well designed. The surrounding is very calm. Cars can be parked in the an alley behind. All in all I would definitely recommend this place for groups up to 6 people to have a relaxing stay in a typical mallorquin finca.

From May to October, an airport bus also runs. The tourist tax levied here is included in the price.
