Josep's Apartments, El Bufi Duplex

El Dúplex el Bufi és un pis nou, totalment reformat, que ocupa la planta tercera i quarta d'un edifici de 4 plantes. Aquest dúplex de 70m2 està repartit en dos plantes. A la tercera planta hi ha un rebedor, dos habitacions amb llit doble, el bany principal i un petit espai per despensa. A la quarta planta hi trobem un espai amb cuina-menjador totalment equipat, un altre bany i un preciós terrat equipat amb taula i cadires per disfrutar de la tranquilitat dels vespres d'estiu al casc antic. El pis disposa d'ascensor amb parada a cada planta. Molt aprop del pis trobem nombrosos llocs per visitar com la plaça de Sant Joan, la plaça Major, el carrer Castell i el portal del Camp entre d'altres. També trobem varies pastisseries i forns/degustació on es pot esmorzar i berenar i nombrosos bars i restaurants per dinar i sopar. Agraïrem que tingueu cura de les instalacions i el mobiliari com si fóssiu a casa vostra. A Solsona fem la recollida selectiva porta a porta, un sistema de gestió de residus molt eficient, per això demanem que al pis es separi la brossa adequadament. En el cas d'estances curtes nosaltres mateix ens encarregarem de portar les deixalles al punt de recollida, però per estances llargues s'ha de dipositar les deixalles al carrer segons el calendari i horari establerts.

The barn has a dining room with a black kitchen, a room with a double bed, a loft with two beds and a sofa bed in the living room. It also has double shower with window to be able to admire nature while showering. Fireplace, swimming pool and river. And a setting with a monumental complex made up of a Romanesque church with a crypt, a modernist cemetery and an Iberian settlement 5 minutes away. Spectacular! A country restaurant is 5 minutes away, and the town/city with all the supermarkets and restaurants is 10 minutes away!

Habitació espaiosa amb zona estar, cuina i bany privat. A planta baixa i amb jardí. Espai totalment independent amb porta privada, adosat a la casa on vivim. Situat a una zona residencial molt tranquil·la, però molt cèntrica, a només 5 minuts a peu del centre històric, per visitar, comprar... Disposa de tot el necessari per la cuina, a més de rentadora, televisió, sofà estar, i taula exterior per gaudir del jardí. Si feu la visita al Celler del Miracle, us regalarem una ampolla de vi.
