It is priceless to be in the porch of the house with mountain views. The bottom floor has a spectacular window, and a very nice and very large living area. Perla was always ready to help us and offer recommendations. A great garden to enjoy, pity we went in December. The house is quite well equipped and with the electric heaters and the wonderful fireplace, we were fine. We'll be back.

Quiet place, walking distance to Santander and its surroundings. It takes a car to get anywhere. The house is equipped with many comforts that allow you a cozy stay, like at home.

Exceptional location. The house is very well equipped, everything was clean and we were at ease.

We were 11 family, 6 adults, 3 adolescents and 1 girl. We all loved the house, garden, porch and patio. There was room for all, and for all activities. Juan Jose was very attentive to us, and the truth was that there was no problem with the house, its facilities, and its equipment. The antique furniture was beautiful and interesting, especially the sink in the bathroom in the master bedroom. We liked it so much that we will surely stay at La Casa de las Palmeras again. We had a great stay in Villabeatriz. The house is beautiful, very comfortable and the views are amazing!!!. It is very well-located in a gorgeous setting. The hosts were very nice and thoughtful. We were very comfortable, better than we expected. I repeat for sure!!!

The stay was great. The house was exactly as it appears in the photos (logically there was a difference, but not relevant). Although there were 12 of us, there was enough space for everyone, and there was even plenty. The house was equipped with everything necessary, and the air conditioning was perfect, being able to regulate it ourselves. In the upper floor they even left a couple of support radiators because, as I said before, there was plenty of room. Hosts have been wonderful, allowing us to delay checkout.

I felt like a super cozy place to stay in a spectacular setting. We travel a group of married friends with children. The houses are spectacular, we book the 3 that are communicated by the living room but can be rented independently. They are super cozy houses on the mountain wood ovens fireplaces outside barbecue …. no lack of detail, we enjoyed a lot. The natural environment is beautiful, ideal for disconnecting and hiking routes or getting close to skiing in San Isidro a half hour away. Access to the narrow and curved but feasible house. The lovely owner, explaining everything in detail and answering all the doubts at the moment. I recommend it without a doubt!

Amazing vila in walking distance to Soma and it's beach. The house has everything what you can wish for: a pool table, chess board and an amazing garden where you can spend evenings with your friends.

Really enjoyed our stay. The house was very comfortable, and the garden was massive. Certainly larger than it looks in the pictures. If you want privacy and quiet family time then this place is a winner. The pool was really nice. It is an outdoor pool of course so you have to wait for ambient temperature to rise, which is fine. There are some really nice walks to be had even a short drive away. Overall it was excellent and we will be back again.

Ernesto was very kind and flexible with the check-in and check-out times, in addition to that, the house was perfect and very clean. We loved it.

THE HOUSE IS AS ADVERTISED The house is phenomenal, nothing is missing. It is very very clean and has many improvements. We were very comfortable, enjoyed the barbecue and the communal pool, which is very nice, very clean and has incredible views of the Cantabrian landscapes. Javier, the host, took care of us very well and answered all the questions at the moment, he is very attentive and kind. We will repeat, no question.

Perfect stay for a quiet getaway. The house is spacious, with lots of rooms and amazing views. The kitchen and garden, spotless. Just like you can see in the photos. Highly recommended!
