For colder days, we've equipped the house with a small fireplace and electric heaters. Our guests can enjoy the living room and spacious terrace with a beautiful view of the garden, pier, and river, while sipping coffee from a high-quality espresso machine. The fully equipped kitchen equipment allows you to prepare fresh meals yourself. We also provide stand-up paddleboards, which can be used to paddle out to Lake Zegrze. Welcome to our charming Lake House 14 on the Zegrze Reservoir in Izbica! This is a phenomenal place for a comfortable stay for 4 people. Our atmospheric cottage, right on the waterfront, offers a spectacular view and experience every day. Our guests have access to a wooden terrace, sun loungers, a fire pit, a Mongolian barbecue and a garden hot tub, but these are just some of the attractions that will make your stay at Lake House 14 more enjoyable. Our cottage is a habitat consisting of a house with 3 spacious rooms, a large kitchen with a tiled stove, a bathroom, a porch and a veranda. The cottage is surrounded by a large, fenced plot. On the plot there is, among others, a hammock, deckchairs, a gazebo with a barbecue. The offer includes a Jacuzzi tub ♨️ 💧 (for an additional fee). A bottle of wine awaits each of our guests. The large area of the property allows you to play volleyball or badminton. In our charming village there is also a beautiful sandy beach on the Liwiec River.

Przystajnia is a luxurious 2.7-hectare estate on the Bug River, just 1 hour from Warsaw (S8). A 250m² brick house can accommodate up to 12 people in 6 bedrooms (5 bathrooms). It offers a large living room with a fireplace and a panoramic window, a kitchen with 2 kitchenettes, and terraces. A cosy 64m² room for workshops/events and a stable converted into an art gallery are available. You will relax in the wood-fired sauna. It is nestled just above the peaceful Liwiec in the corner of a vast half-hectare plot. Here you will find peace, inner silence, and slowness. All shades of green, poetic sunsets from behind the trees on the other shore, the soothing current of Liwiec and forest concerts of blackbirds, great snipes, herons and field warblers.
