Eric’s place was perfect for our trip to Gonzales, LA. The bed was comfortable and provided a great nights sleep. The kitchen had every amenity necessary. The furniture was great for chilling and watching a movie. The patio was perfect for reading a book. The deck overlooking the bayou was a nice touch. Eric’s place was very eclectic and you could feel the love he and Miranda put into it. We will definitely plan to stay here again.

We stopped here for the night as we were traveling across country. The location was perfect for us. Quiet and had all the amenities we needed to make a simple dinner and relax. The place was spotless and check-in was easy. We loved the parking spot in the driveway.

Derek and Tasia have a beautiful property and we are fortunate they are willing to share it! Our granddaughter enjoyed seeing the animals and walking around the yard. My husband even did a little fishing while we were there. The guest house was comfortable, quiet, and well-equipped. if you're looking for Louisiana hospitality and culture, this is the place for you!

We loved the house and the location on the bayou. All of nature and peaceful surroundings of the area. Neighborhood is quiet and friendly. House was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the deck overlooking the water. Would definitely recommend both Jamie as a host and the house.

The listing was just as described. It really was spotless when I got inside. It was a perfect location for me…in city limits but felt like you were in the country. Lydia was very kind and asked if I needed her to leave the light on for me but I got there before dark. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

The place is a lot more space than it looks like in the photos. We were really happy with how large the interior was. The host was also really nice and accommodating. We had a last minute schedule change and she helped us get everything sorted out. The house has plenty of parking, and it's easy to get in and out of. Great location and experience.

My Guests and I truly enjoyed our stay. The house was better than described. Toby's home met all our needs. The house was clean and very well equipped with everything needed. The Brookstone massage chair was an added bonus that all of the ladies in my group truly enjoyed. The relaxing backyard with views of the sunsets was serene and picturesque. I would definitely stay again.

This host is the best. Very thoughtful, friendly, like a old friend you've known forever. He was so accomading to some of my last minute changes. This was one of the better Airbnbs we've found in the Baton Rouge area. Octavio was super responsive from our first inquiry. he was very attentive and understanding to any questions we had. he was also very clear on any directives he had for us. the house was so quaint and extremely clean. The pool was beautiful. I really liked that each room could be locked if desired with an access code. he master suite was a really nice addition. Octavio is a great host. we look forward to returning for a future stay!

Dionna and John's little oasis was amazing! it was the best location for us to finish up our Louisiana vacation. we loved the outdoor seating area, the fishing, the games, and beds were so comfortable! They were quick to respond to questions and recommendations. Their neighbor, Les, is the local tour guide! Will definitely be back next time we come to The Big Easy!
