Holiday rentals with a patio in Livadia

A truly lovely apartment on a lovely complex, we couldn’t fault it at all. Everything you need, beds really comfy, Air con in all rooms which is a must in the hot months! You will need a car if you want to venture further afield. Pyla is a lovely area of Cyprus. Zoe the host is great with quick communication. We couldn’t fault our stay here & woukd 100% recommend it. We will be back!!

Remarkable apartment close to city center

Great apartment in the middle of town. Close to shops, restaurants and the ocean. Host was super friendly and very responsive. Will definitely stay again :)

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Mazotos! The accommodation was very clean and well equipped – exactly as described. Particularly noteworthy is the large pool, which we almost always had to ourselves. It was cleaned once a week, which was basically sufficient, even if a slightly more frequent cleaning would be pleasant for longer stays. The location is wonderfully quiet – ideal for relaxing. A supermarket is nearby and the beach is also within easy reach. Without a car, however, it would have been difficult to get around, so we would definitely recommend renting one. From Mazotos, we could easily reach different cities such as Larnaca, Limassol and Nicosia, which allowed for great day trips. All in all, a very good Airbnb – we would come back!

Antonia is a great host! First I thought it’s gonna be loud because the apartment is close to the airport, but it’s super quiet. No noises and good sleep! It’s close to all amenities and is brand new with everything you need for a short and long stay. Thanks for having me!

I’ve stayed for 2 months there. it’s good location, 1 minute walk to grocery store and 5 minutes to the sea. A lot of good restaurants nearby . House was clean with everything you need inside. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone.

The accommodation is located in a quiet residential complex, just 1 minute's walk from the beach. The house is beautiful, well maintained and furnished with love. There is nothing missing: quiet air conditioning, Tupperware, adapters, plenty of towels and even beach accessories such as loungers, umbrellas and diving goggles. Outside, there is a tap and an entrance directly into the bathroom – super practical after the beach. The airport is 10 minutes, supermarkets 10–15 min. away. Yes, you can hear planes - especially at the beginning - but it hardly bothers you, and over time we even found it nice. We were there at the end of May, almost alone in the complex - fantastically quiet. The bed was comfortable, and a topper was available on request. The beach is shallow, with few waves – ideal for swimming. And host Stavros? Warm, attentive, always available – and the full fridge on arrival was the icing on the cake. Pola is a perfect host, and we felt right at home upon our arrival in Cyprus! A 15 minute drive to the house from Larnaka Airport and we were settled in for relaxation😌. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we could need, comfy beds, spotless bathrooms, plus a handy outdoor shower for a quick post-beach rinse, and a private parking spot. A 3 minute walk straight to the coast gets you to a small staircase down to a quiet pebbly beach with beautiful clear waters and perfect temperature, especially in the morning since the wind tended to pick up a bit in the midday while we were there. Our favorite was to continue walking along the coast to the organized sandy beaches, namely Faros beach, where you can rent sunbeds and umbrellas, and has a bar for drinks and snacks. Very local and low-traffic, which was exactly what we were looking for! Take note that you would definitely need a car to visit Larnaka or for groceries, as there's only a small kiosk within walking distance!

We loved the stay at Anastasias place we had everything we could have wanted and made good use of the pool and sunbeds. A really nice beach right opposite the house with public sunbeds and a clear sea perfect for paddling in. We will definitely be returning!

The location, of the house is a quiet, neighborhood (with local families), very close to supermarkets and places to eat. it also has good transportation to the city centre and nearby beach. The house is very clean, well furnished and well decorated. it has anything you need. the air-conditioning system is really good (something necessary for the weather of Cyprus). The communication with the host was excellent. Responsive at any time and always willing to help.

Again everything was perfect, we will comeback! Perfect for family.

Honestly the perfect place to stay! It’s 2min away from the beach and everything you could need is walking distance away from the house. This was the first Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in with good wifi! We were 3 people working from the home and the wifi was perfect for us and we could all work comfortably on it! I’d also say it’s a great home to stay at if you have kids. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful place to stay.

Beautiful house, large, clean and very well supplied with amenities of all kinds. The outdoor space is just as nice: terrace and flower garden to enjoy the sun from morning to night! Access to the sea is at the exit of the garden, beautiful. Lars and his wife were very warm upon arrival. Recommended place despite sometimes the difficulty of having hot water if the solar panels are not functional.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely ground floor flat. The neighbourhood was peaceful and perfect for relaxing, and the flat was spotlessly clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. The veranda was a real highlight — perfect for morning coffee or unwinding in the evening. Andreas, our host was very welcoming, met us on arrival, and was quick to respond to any questions during our stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

I booked with Demetris solely based on the fantastic reviews and we weren’t disappointed. On arrival to Larnaca Airport Demetris was there to collect us and we began our short journey to his beautiful apartment which is perfectly located in the traditional old town of Larnaca. Right next to the apartment are retail shops, supermarkets, family run bakery’s, bars and restaurants serving all cuisines. The stunning Finikoudes Beach is just a 5 minute walk, where you can also enjoy a full range of sightseeing tours and transportation which can take you to any part of the Cyprus coast. The apartment is very homely and has everything you would need. Fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom and two bedrooms with a great balcony. Demetris is truly a wonderful host and was very helpful and easily accessible if you needed help. I’d highly recommend you visit Cyprus and stay at Demetris apartment, you won’t regret it. Good location for viziting Cyprus. Spacious apartment and terrace!

The apartment we received was amazing — spacious, fun, and complete with a lovely balcony. Everything we needed was there, and beyond that, the attention to small details really stood out. The care and thoughtfulness of the hosting team made a big difference. They reached out to ask what we needed and were always available for anything. Truly one of the best accommodation experiences we’ve ever had. Highly recommended!

A great stay. Been to Kiti many times and really enjoyed this stay as always. Great apartment and communication with the hoist was excellent. Check seemed to be earlier than usual at 10.00am and a bit later would of helped. All in all a great stay.

Very close to the center and Finikoudes . Sotiriya has everything in the house for washing dishes, washing , iron . Absolutely everything is there for a comfortable stay . Agrotis Supermarket 7 minutes , Metro 13 minutes walk . Large terrace . Sun-protected terrace . There is an elevator. A large set of dishes for baking and glasses for drinks . Linen is available . There are blankets and blankets to warm up on the balcony . Very good wi fi . The balcony is comfortable .

The place is 10 minute walk from beach and main restaurants. Pharmacy and small market also nearby. Bigger market is 15min walk. We had spare towels and bed linen. 2 double bedrooms with one ensuite and other with separate bathroom, both with good sized shower. There is a pool, I was spectical about the noise from people using the pool, but users seemed to respect the neighbour hood. Although if they were noisy, it couldnt be heard from bedrooms. Ac, hot water, water pressure all good. Kitchen was fully equipped and also extra detailed accessories like bags, baking sheet etc were provided. Large refrigerator and good sized freezer. Good sized modern smartTv and sofas were good. Appartement had good elevator and no noise can be heard of neighbours. We had a toddler with us and cot was good equipped with small pillow as well. Place also has very good storage/wardrobes for clothes and accessories. Full cleaning equipment was provided which it was good for us, having a toddler. PERFECT
