The place is 100% recommended, the dpto comes with everything you need for rest during a nice vacation in Pucón, very clean, tidy, spacious, comfortable, cozy. The condominium is super cute, quiet, very quiet, very beautiful green areas, easy access and close to the center of Pucón. On the other hand Felipe is very attentive, always responds quickly, he gives you very clear directions from the 1st moment, excellent communication. I would undoubtedly stay there when I returned to Pucón... Recommended with my eyes closed.

Cristhoper responded to all messages and was very fluid communication. It was a super nice stay for one night. The surroundings are auper tranquil. The apartment is a 5 minute drive or 25-30 minutes walking. The parking lot is a bit narrow for pickup trucks, but it's done.

Excellent place to spend a few days in Pucon. Having a washing machine was a plus for us. Very organized, with a stove and plenty of bedding in case of cold days, a very spacious refrigerator and a well-equipped kitchen. Recommended!

Very cozy and well located, there were 2 of us and 2 dogs and we had a great time. The air conditioning is a great plus because it works for summer and winter! I went in early June and there was almost no one in the condominium, I imagine that in summer there must be a lot of people. Beautiful views of the volcano and literally 2 minutes from the entrance to Pucón.

Very cozy place, comfortable, with a wonderful environment and landscape. It's special for a large family group. Absolutely comforting place and 100% recommended. Very important to fix the detail of the wires that protrude on the jetty, it is very dangerous.

Excellent service, highly recommended, Cristian is a 7, the house is beautiful and the condominium is really nice, close to the village, you can walk there in 7 minutes, with all the amenities, it's like being at home.

We wholeheartedly recommend this magical lake house—it truly feels like heaven on earth. Our stay in Pucón, Chile, was wonderful. The ideal location made it easy to walk into town (1 mile) or use the provided bikes. Evenings brought breathtaking sunsets, private kayak access, and our own dock on beautiful Villarrica Lake. Kayaking with a view of the volcano was unforgettable. The garden, with over 15 flower varieties, created a serene oasis. The master bedroom’s lake view was pure magic. The cozy house and charming porch made for a relaxing retreat. The well-equipped kitchen had everything we needed, and the peaceful ambiance was perfect. The house manager, just up the street, was always available, and our host, Barbara, regularly checked in. A special thanks to the sweet dog outside—her joy was inspiring! This beautiful home and garden filled our hearts with happiness. Thank you so much Barbara!

An excellent place to vacation in Pucon. Private, safe and super close to downtown Pucon. Good equipment to be comfortable during your stay. Good connectivity with major attractions. Jorge and Marcia very attentive with any request.

The house is very nice, comfortable and spacious for large groups. Best: the view of the lake (very easy access to this from the garden) and the availability of lounge chairs, chitasoles, kayaks and beach toys for children. That made us have a very restful and entertaining vacation. Ignacio answers the doubts very quickly so highly recommended!

Excellent apartment with a very good location, because although it is central, it is in a very quiet space, ideal for disconnecting. Both the furniture and the facilities are all in good condition and useful. The apartment is a good size, with a somewhat cold construction, but this is solved with the electric heaters that the property itself has. On the other hand, Franco's willingness to resolve any type of doubt or query is always very good. In short, a very good accommodation, highly recommended.

The place is located only 5 minutes from downtown Pucon by car. The apartment is very nice and spacious in the common spaces and the kitchen has everything so you can prepare breakfast or dinners. It's very quiet so you get a good rest. Francisco is very friendly and is always there to answer your questions. I'd stay there again:)

Although we did not have much communication with the host of the app, her father was very kind and attentive, received us super well and helped us with everything we needed.

A perfect place to stay whilst visiting Pucon - Rosalba's place was cosy, clean and well-equipped! It's about 30 min walk from the centre of town, but that means it's very peaceful too, and was no issue at all for exploring. Would stay here again if visiting Pucon!
