Bring your boat, we have 150' of dock!! Launch next door. Riverfront cabin in the woods with a hot tub overlooking the water. The cabin is very comfortable & is ready for guests to enjoy! It has 3 bedrooms & can comfortably sleep 6 people. Very private with ducks, swans, deer and a bald eagle to enjoy! Only house in area is in our family as well so no neighbors. Escape technology (no internet or cable but Verizon and AT&T have coverage) & enjoy peace & quiet! Please note no air conditioning.

We're centrally located to both Harbor Springs and Petoskey and just 4 miles from two local ski slopes. You'll enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, large grassy yard and a fire pit. We're the perfect spot for your summer getaway or winter ski trip (our fall colors are pretty spectacular too!).

Main floor has full size, modern appliances & dishwasher in our eat in kitchen. Full size washer and dryer for your use. Inviting living room for family time. Full bathroom with whirlpool tub. The roomy master bedroom has a queen size bed, and closet space. Upstairs features two bedrooms and a full bath. Outdoor free parking has room for three vehicles or two vehicles and a trailer. Backyard deck with table ample seating, gas grill, and fire pit (wood available locally). See - note for 2025

Adorable Carriage House sleeps two adults

Adorable Carriage House just steps to Lake Michigan complete with gas fireplace for those cool Michigan nights. Just 2 miles to downtown Charlevoix and very close to the wheelway that hugs lake Michigan. Studio apt. has very comfy bed with full shower bathroom and fully equipped studio kitchen. Quiet neighborhood setting with gas firepit for making smores or just talking about your daily adventures during your stay. Appropriate for 2 adults and must be able to navigate stairs.

The Rhubarbary Ruins - with an outdoor sauna

We have just added an outdoor sauna to this fabulous cabin in the woods behind our house. Although there is only 1 proper bedroom there is a sleeping loft with a queen size bed and window overlooking the hardwood forest. We also have a pull-out couch. Guests have complete privacy and everything provided for a comfortable stay This is a cabin with peaceful relaxation in mind....no loud parties or anything of that nature. Come and enjoy northern Michigan's beauty in all seasons.

My little home has everything you need for your up north getaway with so many options of outdoor amenities/activities! Walking trail that leads to the cute town of Alanson where there is dining and shops. Take a dip in the pool and have a picnic, play tennis or pickleball. Enjoy a bonfire under the trees in the backyard. You can't beat the location, with easy access to Crooked River, Petoskey, Harbor Springs and Mackinaw City. *Boat Launch at the river for a $15 fee.
