Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Our guests come back year after year. This island house is located on the North end of Green Turtle Cay, it's close to the Atlantic on one side and Coco Bay on the other. It's an easy walk of 3 minutes to either location and both have some of the best beaches in the world. There are lots of reefs just off the beach, for lobster hunting. This house has everything you need to have a wonderful vacation and make some great memories.

This home is new and has two docks. One in front on Atlantic side and one in back on the Sea of Abaco side. You are 5 minutes from town and 15 minutes fishing off of outer reefs. Easy access to all marinas on the island. Can only get to house by boat. You don't need a golf cart. The Atlantic ocean is fifty feet in front of house and the Sea of Abaco is fifty feet behind the house. very quiet and peaceful lot with views that are incredible. Beautiful views and boaters access to everywhere .
