Beachfront holiday rental in Litorale Nord

We had a brief stay at Piera and Nico's beautiful beach house, and we wish it had been longer! The home itself was lovely, clean, had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and cozy. It was a very private location, very large yard and patio space, and exceptional views of the sea. We accessed the "secret" tunnel many times to get to the beach, and it was a favorite with my little boys. We cooked many meals in the kitchen, and used the charcoal grill. Both Piera and Nico were very responsive if we had any questions or if anything came up. Great hosts! The surrounding villages were full of character, and were less than 45 minute drive. Some were even as close as 15 to 20 minutes away. So much local charm, beautiful vistas, delicious cappuccinos, and incredible history. We never swam in the ocean, because it was too cold, but we did hang out at the beach. A lot of places were closed down by the beach, but others were open in town. Highly recommend this place!

Unique spot in the old town of Termoli. Small but nice, with everything you need. Too bad we were passing through, we'd love to come back to enjoy the cottage and the town more!

Extremely friendly and helpful hosts, very nice reception, care during the stay and farewell. Tastefully furnished, spacious apartment with great views of the very nearby sea. We felt almost at home and already miss sitting on the balcony in the morning or afternoon and hearing the sea rush.

We were warmly welcomed by Simonetta himself. We felt right at home and she gave us the necessary explanations of the accommodation. If we need anything else, in terms of taxi, bicycles,... she arranged that for us. I could live there myself in the stay, very cozy and cozy. Like it can be seen in the photos. The beach is within walking distance. I can't list minus points actually that we experienced during the stay. Super stay and super host. Thank you Simonetta for the warm welcome.

We had a great time, the apartment is cozy and clean, the location was awesome and very near to the beach and the restaurants. Perfect refuge in a home away from home! We will be back!

The place was very quiet, the residence was cozy almost on the family. The simple structure has been equipped with all the comforts: dishwasher, washing machine, climate and electric shutters. The light tone of the apartment gave this April bridge a further relaxation, not to mention the beautiful view of the sunrise from the bedroom. A magnificent sandy beach was available to us on two stairs from the apartment. Antonella was very friendly and available to every request, in fact she provided us with bicycles to reach the thermal center 20 minutes from the property.

Very well cared for, spacious and equipped with all the comforts. Very strategic location just a few minutes' walk from the station and the sea, but in a quiet street. Barbara is a great host, available and present, timely in her responses. Highly recommend

Comfortable apartment for the presence of the condominium pool and air conditioning Well-stocked kitchen, clean and tidy apartment. Convenient to make the most of the beautiful overflow coast, being more or less halfway through the most interesting stretch of coastline. Very friendly Anna and Floriana. we stayed with Andrea for 1 week and felt very comfortable. The beach is right outside the terrace door, which was mega convenient with children. We actually didn't use the pool often. the kitchen equipment could be a bit more, otherwise you have to rinse everything with 4 people after each meal, so that there is enough cutlery etc. for next time. thank you for everything 😊

Clean and tidy apartment, it has a large shaded terrace that can be used from breakfast to dinner, with views of the pool and sea. From the terrace you can access a small garden that leads directly to the pool. A short walk from Via Verde, the bike path on the seafront of the Trabocchi coast.

Beautiful holiday in total relaxation. Very nice house, nearby beach with private umbrella. Mrs. Carla was very kind, the day after our arrival she gave us the Abruzzo bites, a very good typical dessert.

We felt very comfortable right away and the beach was very easy to reach on foot. The fact that the loungers and the parasol were included in the apartment was great and we were able to enjoy the large beach and the clean sea. Restaurants were also easily accessible on foot. The apartment was big enough for us 3 adults. Very well equipped and very clean. Massimiliano was always easily accessible and gave us good recommendations. Thanks for a good time!!

We stayed one night in Chiara's house, everything was perfect, cleanliness and communication. The new place is in a great location on the waterfront and a few minutes from shops and restaurants. Chiara is an excellent host, I hope to return to this facility again.

This was a spectacular Air BnB. We could not have been happier with our experience. Robert was an absolutely amazing host. Incredibly responsive and helpful. The place was clean and simply beautiful. The location is unmatched. We cannot wait to return. Close to Fossacesia, Lanciano, chieti etc. we are definitely coming back in the future. A fabulous experience.

The apartment is located in a beautiful spot just 200 meters away from the sea which makes everything incredible. Giorgio was such a nice host, very responsive, proactive and made sure we had the best. Great place ! I will certainly rent this place again sometime in the future.
