Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Litchfield Park

Perfect house for our stay in Phoenix. This place can easily accommodate 3 couples or a large family. Outdoor space is very nice- enjoyed the pool, hot tub and BBQ. Highly recommend!

I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home. The space was clean, stylish, and exactly as described, if not better. It felt warm and welcoming from the moment I walked in, with thoughtful touches throughout that made it easy to relax and feel at home. Derek was exceptional, friendly, professional, and incredibly responsive. Anytime I had a question or needed something, they replied quickly and were super helpful. On June 12, I and my wife rented this beautiful three bedroom home on the Airbnb site. We were very impressed with the responsiveness and the informative host of the host Amanda. Upon arrival to the home, we found the check in to be very simple. The home was described just as it wasn’t the pictures very clean. The pool was amazing. The Jacuzzi and sauna as well. We had a absolute complete good time and definitely look forward to using this home again on our next getaway also arrowhead mall and many other restaurants and malls are all within 5 to 10 minute drive

This was perfect for our family of 6. Lots to do: billiard table, pool by the lake, grilling area, kayaks, excellent TV’s, and a gaming room. Close to everything while staying near family in Northern Phoenix. Very close to the State Farm Arena which is where our Niece’s graduation was held. Definitely would stay here again.

I had a fantastic stay at Carolyn’s place! The home was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect — close to everything I needed, yet peaceful and quiet at night. Carolyn was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, making check-in and check-out a breeze. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. We had a very comfortable time here. The neighborhood is pretty and peaceful with a nice golf park and in a location close to everything. If I decide to visit Arizona again I will be booking here in the future.

This place was great, the apartment was really spacious and clean, and had everything we needed! Bonus points because the pool was well kept by the complex's management (and that's coming from a pool operator; I was impressed).

Great neighborhood location with easy access to main roads. Cute quaint modern interior with coffee/tea provided. Pleasant quiet shared courtyard. 2 ample bedrooms and adorable kitchen

Calm area, lovely garden/backyard area, very different experience than other locations. Enjoyed it for what little time we had. Would return next year if given the opportunity. Thank you!!

Thomasina helped my company immediately when our building AC went out. She was extremely accommodating, especially given the last minute needs on a holiday weekend!

Very responsive and helpful! A nice quiet space that allowed us to relax while in Phoenix. They provided all the instructions and things to do in advance ! The space was cute & quaint & looked like the photos. We especially enjoyed the patio area and natural sunlight.

It was nice staying at Barbara's house. When we 1st got there, it was a little hard finding the building. GPS kept sending me to the building behind the condo! LOL! Once I found the building, it was easy to get into the condo. beds were comfortable. Great shower. It was good to have a parking space and not worry about where to park. It was very quiet so got good sleep. Barbara checked in with us and kept us informed! Overall, I would definitely recommend Barbara's place.

Great place to stay! We enjoyed the pool and the location is a good distance from Old Town. Chris and Cynthia were very responsive and flexible.

This was a pleasant stay on the edge of the city center. Walkable to the Convention Center and stadiums, we enjoyed our time in Phoenix, as well as a day trip to Sedona.

Amazing spot the view was INSANE the pictures will never do it justice. Anthony was very helpful and quickly responsive. Will definitely be coming back soon!
