Ruzomberok has a strategic location, you are not far from Malino Brdo orJasna ski centre and there are quite many wellness centres located on a short distance from the town, such as Tatralandia, Besenova or Gotal in Liptovska Osada.

Liptovská Osada is a village located in the Low Tatras National Park. It offers rich opportunities for hiking, winter sports, relaxation and sightseeing registered in UNESCO. Five minutes walk from the accommodation there is a newly opened relaxation complex Gothal - Water World. Guests will find relaxation pool, swimming pool, saunas, massages, bowling, fitness center, climbing wall . Ten minutes by car ski resort Donovaly. 15 minutes historical monument Vlkolínec - wooden village.

In summer, you can walk along forest paths, breathe fresh air and feel the smell of nature. In winter, you can warm up by the fireplace and watch your favorite movie on Netflix.

A 100 cm wide sofa bed makes the studio comfortable for 2 people or 2 people with a child. Open space bathtub, toilet with sink in a separate room.
