Holiday rentals with a patio in Lipno nad Vltavou

The apartment is very centrally located. Everything we wanted to visit was within walking distance. The decor is with a lot of love for detail and the amenities are very good. Everything was very clean and tidy, we felt very much. Lenka is very friendly, helpful and always available if you have any questions.

Everything was great. The flat is big enough for 5 people. Restaurants and the lake are not far away only a short walk. Everything was perfect and Tomáš was really nice!

Michaela's apartment is very cozily furnished and tiptop equipped. The seating area already has sun in the morning, ideal for enjoying the coffee. To load and unload, you can drive more or less directly in front of the apartment. With a dog, the apartment is superbly located. Directly behind the house you are already on the meadow and can take various beautiful walks. Everything worked out and I would stay with Michaela again at any time.

We immediately felt at home, so we booked another night spontaneously, which was also totally unproblematic. Apartment was beautifully quiet and a little outside. Next door is a beautiful country hotel with an excellent cuisine!! The apartment very clean, everything you needed was available and clean! We will be happy to come back sometime!

Jirina's apartment was sparkling clean, large, quiet and modern. The car can be parked directly at the house. The garden invites you to relax. From the apartment, you are in a few minutes' walk right in the center of Budwar. We enjoyed the stay very much and will be happy to come back. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to visit Budwar.

Overall great stay for a couple. The apartment is nice & clean, it has a dedicated bathroom & WC. Two balcons with interesting view to opposite sides. There is a dedicated large private parking spot under the building available. Close to the nature on the edge of the city (Hluboka nad Vltavou etc.). Big shopping mall nearby. A lot of space with new furniture. Just the lights above the dining area could be somehow better. Above-average kitchen equipment. Big fridge with big freezer - good for someone who brings their own food or cook by himself. Maybe one additional medium-sized cooking pot would be even more handy.

Our stay with Matthias was just great! He was super friendly, always available and really took care of everything – he even got us an oyster knife. Already in advance, he provided us with great restaurant tips and informed us about delivery options. Even the offer to bring ordered food to the cabin shows how attentive and helpful he is. The place itself was clean, rustic, and at the same time perfectly equipped. But the absolute highlight was definitely the private sauna and the hot tub! Relaxing there after a long day was simply unbeatable. The cottage offers absolute privacy in the middle of a breathtaking backdrop – pure nature! And the starry sky? Just amazing! We have rarely seen it so clearly and impressively. We would recommend everyone to book these extras – it's absolutely worth it! We absolutely loved our stay in the house. It felt like a home away from home. Gabriela provided lots of information and quickly responded to any question we had. The area is so peaceful and there is lots to see and do. Thank you Gabriela and Sona!

We enjoyed our visit and the Airbnb was beautifully decorated. We found the driveway outside the bedroom window a bit loud and the security light outside the window was bright when it came on in the middle of the night.

Very nice place to stay, better than described. Very quiet location, modernly furnished and very spacious.

Veronika's house corresponded exactly to the description. We felt right at home with two families. The house was new, tasteful, there was everything we needed. Lots of excursions nearby and a very beautiful scenery. Veronika was always quickly available for our concerns, friendly communication.

When we arrived, we were immediately expected, the host was constantly available by phone and terribly nice and welcoming, we had a lot of privacy and the backyard, which is a big waste for the smokers, and a big plus is the proximity of food and the welcome of the dogs. The place was clean, nice, and close to downtown. The owner responded quickly. Definitely recommend :)

We had a lovely stay and felt like at home. Flat is spacious, safe, clean, bright and situated in a quiet residential area. Host is very responsive and accomodating. I would stay here again as it was very comfy.

Modern place, all clean. The only drawback was the main road, which is quite busy. The distance to the center in 15 minutes slow walk, so great. When we go to Krumlov, we will definitely use it again.

Small but nice apartment, cozy, top equipped and really super clean. We were there as a family of 4 and absolutely satisfied. The apartment is in one of two well-kept '70s high-rise buildings, connected by a communal area (free of charge): table tennis, kicker, air hockey and swimming pool. Perfect for our boys!
