It has a separate room with four beds, a comfortable sofa and a closet for storing personal belongings. The kitchen is equipped with a kitchen unit, stove, toaster, refrigerator and microwave. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a sink. The apartment is on the 1st floor, there is no elevator or air conditioning in the house. Our apartment is located in the beautiful village of Niederkappel, up in the heights of the Mühlviertel right behind the Danube Valley between Passau and Linz. Important information for bikers traveling on the Danube cycle path: From the Danube banks (Obermühl) it's a 3km steep, exhausting climb up to Niederkappel. If you are fit enough for that, you are very welcome to stay at our place. The views down onto the Danube will compensate for the efforts.
