The project was meticulously designed to offer each of you the best possible experience, lovingly bringing the warmth we seek in our home. housEM is located in Presidente Lucena (15 minutes from downtown Ivoti), with lots of nature, silence, peace and a wonderful structure waiting for you. housEM, a place to call home!

Super quiet, family-friendly place, airy atmosphere and a beautiful view of the valley. Close to the center, about a 10-minute walk. Market and restaurant options in the neighborhood. Private room with double bed and a single bed measuring 1.60 by 80. We can also accommodate couples with a baby, offering a portable crib. We accept a maximum of 3 guests per booking.

Montana Cabin

Cabana Montana is one of the lodging options at Estalagem Recanto da Gruta. It is a construction entirely in wood inspired by A-Frame style cabins. The house is new, charming and can accommodate up to 4 adults. It has everything you need to spend a few days in Serra Gaúcha. NOTE: Breakfast is optional and is not included in the daily rate. Please ask!

Traditional colonial house in Nova Petrópolis

This half-timbered house was built in 1920 and was recently renovated while maintaining the original features. Its unique style reflects the German colonial architecture. The house accommodates 7 people comfortably in 3 bedrooms. You can reach the Praça das Flores (Flower Square) in less than 5 minutes on foot. It is the central point of the city.
