Our stay was amazing. the apartment was beautifully decorated, you could really tell they put a lot of work into it. very luxurious but still gave a very cozy and comfortable vibe. the hot tub was really the cherry on the cake. The location is perfect for people who are looking for a place where to relax but also have a bit of night life. lots of shops, bakery's and restaurants around where you can try all the typical sicilian food. The rocky beach is barely even a 10 minute walk and it's just simply stunning, you can smell the ocean breeze even from the apartment. Donatello’s flat is unique and stylish with spacious and beautifully arranged rooms. The terrace is a good place to sit and eat. The area has a very good vibe, the noise is all positive; mainly people having a good time in the restaurants and bars which are around. Some music too. There are food shops nearby. The kitchen is personal and contains things you might need immediately - suggest getting to the fish market early in the morning to buy some really fresh fish and to keep the local trades going. For visiting the city, this apartment is in the old part of town. Walk the streets and have a good time!

We stayed for two weeks. Our commute to the centre of Catania and to the train and bus stations was done both by Metro and on foot. There are two supermarkets nearby and a coffee shop next to the building door. The traffic of vehicles in the place is quite intense but the acoustic insulation of the windows is very efficient in insulating the external noise.

As other have said, Domenico met as at the place and was very kind and helpful with Restaurants, Groceries etc. His place was as shown in the photo's and easily accommodated 2 couples.

I spent a weekend at Royal apartment, the host is professional and helpful. I needed to check in before the indicated time and within 30 minutes he made the apartment available. Impeccable apartment, meets every comfort and in a strategic area where with a short walk you can reach the city centre, the clubs and the central station. Definitely recommended

Great place, me and my friends spent here 3 nights. The apartment was very tidy and clean, we had a lot of space. It is close to the main attractions in Catania. Also it is possible to find a parking spot near the aparment, very convenient :)

Spacious and well-furnished apartment. Impeccable cleanliness and a very responsive and friendly host. Nice neighborhood, not too central but well connected, quiet and full of options if you don't want to go to the center for an aperitif/dinner. Absolutely affordable value. Highly recommended.

My group of 6 had a wonderful stay! Antonino was a wonderful host, setting us up with early check in as we arrived from the airport, and was responsive to any questions we had about the house. The location is incredible (the photos don't do it justice-waking up to the volcano and/or the ocean waves, balconies off of every bedroom, steps from the sea, really gorgeous!) The kitchen has everything you need for coffee, cooking in, etc, and the neighborhood has great local spots for drinks, dinner, and small grocery shops. Two of the bedrooms have detachable twin sets that you can use together or separate, but I'd recommend reaching out in advance based on your group if you need them separated. We traveled to/from the train in Riposto for day trips which is very walkable along the coastline. If you're looking for a less touristy, more authentic neighborhood to stay in, this is definitely the spot.

Francesco was a great host. He replied for our questions quickly and recommended some good restaurants and attractions with useful information. The apartment is close to the train station, supermarkets and the main attractions are also in a walkable distance through the Via Etnea. The furnitures was nice, new and clean. The house was pretty well equiped. I highly recommend the apartment and Francesco.

Alessandra and her husband met us at check-in. We got in late 10:00 pm, they saved us from a very long journey with food! They are so accommodating and thoughtful 💕 The house is everything you could ask for. We utilized all 3 outside areas everyday. The front for breakfast and sunrise, the back for the grill, which we used alot, and the fabulous rooftop for dinner and cocktails. The private neighborhood is filled with gorgeous homes/villas. We drove everywhere from up north, to down south, even to Palermo, all about 2-2 1/2 hours from the house. Evenings are quiet, only the sounds of the 🌊 sea. We will definitely be back. Jean was great meeting us and showing where to park and giving us a run down of the house. The property is well located and quiet, the decor not modern but works well with a fully equipped kitchen.

We had an amazing time at Giovanni‘s apartment was big and beautiful and the pool was amazing. And for an extra fee he picked us up from the airport and dropped us back afterwards. Beautiful clean apartment and large balcony. Great functional kitchen and large bedrooms. Easy walk into town there’s lots of bars, restaurants, cafes and shops. Will definitely be back!

Enjoyed a week in Emanuele's apartment. Everything is present, spotless and it looks like the pictures. Emanuele is very friendly and helpful. He will contact you before the arrival date. He did his best to let us into the apartment a little earlier and helped find parking. In short, great!

The apartment is as shown in the pictures. The beds are comfortable, as are the pillows, and the bathroom is spacious, with two sinks, which is very practical. The location is excellent: it is close to the center of Catania and only 10 minutes walk from the train and bus station. In addition, Diego has always been very attentive and willing to help with anything we needed. A 10/10 deal!
