Villa Nicolosi is an old country villa located in Piedimonte Etneo, a small town on the slopes of the volcano. A peaceful haven surrounded by greenery, where you can rediscover a rhythm far removed from the hustle and bustle and enjoy a casual, relaxed atmosphere. Beautiful beaches, as well as the trails and ski slopes of the Etna Park, will be easily accessible, offering you the opportunity to experience Sicily in all seasons. The villa has a private swimming pool, which can be used from June to September.

Recently renovated with traditional techniques and materials, it is 40 minutes from Etna, an hour from Syracuse and Taormina and half an hour from Catania.

Our homey Little House is a special place, on the north side of Mount Etna, far from the crowds. Enjoy the quiet of the countryside here, relaxing on the large terrace, listening to the birds. The attached Cactus garden is impressive. The Little House is in an ideal location for exploring Mt Etna, visiting wineries and other sights. It is 500 metres from the town. We can give you tips and answer your questions. We only accept guests that come with a rental car or with their own car.

My accommodation is suitable for couples, families with children and furry friends (pets). The location is very strategic, due to its proximity to numerous tourist towns. You will be just 6 km from the beaches of Fiumefreddo, 20 km from Taormina, 20 km from the Alcantara Gorges, 5 km from Linguaglossa where there are ski resorts and 40 km from Catania.

This 45 sqm apartment has all the comforts, elegant yet relaxing and comfortable. The strong point of the house is the bedroom whose name "zitu e zita" is inspired by an ancient Sicilian legend, very evocative and romantic, equipped with a four-poster bed, very bright with two French windows which protrude into a very nice terrace with a view of the village. The other bedroom, the living room, has a sofa bed and an equipped kitchenette.

Recently renovated, the house offers welcoming and well-divided interiors split across 2 levels.
