The house is very cozy and the leisure area is incredible, we really like to walk around, the neighborhood is quiet and close to the house there is a lake, a coffee shop around 1 km from the property, fishing, brewery… everything is close. The main thing is that my pet was super calm and loved the property.

We just loved our stay! The house is wonderful, very well equipped with everything we need household items, super comfortable and welcoming. Hosts' hospitality was impeccable — always available, attentive and extremely gentle. The horse “Chocolate” (name given by the children and welcomed by Paulo during our stay rsrsrs) was a separate attraction. We felt at home from the first moment. We will definitely return and recommend with our eyes closed!

The place is even more beautiful than in the photos, the whole house is in great condition and is very comfortable. The kitchens are very well equipped and were impeccable when we arrived. All the bathrooms and the pool were also very clean. The rooms have good beds and everything was meticulously organised, with the sheets and pillowcases bagged and clean. Antônio was very kind and receptive, introduced us to everything and gave us many good tips as well. The house has a wonderful view and we will definitely return more often.

Our experience in this cottage was simply wonderful! A super quiet weekend, surrounded by nature and with a perfect climate even with the cold! The fire in this part was great. The cottage is very cozy, well cared for and decorated, in addition to all the necessary utensils. Silvia, the host, was super attentive, caring and always available to help us with any detail. we highly recommend it and we definitely want to come back!

We had extraordinary lodging. The house is very complete and very cozy, with a mega complete kitchen. Easy to get to, in 10 minutes by car we arrived in the city centre, with everything we needed close by. Cleber is very friendly and helpful, he welcomed us very well. He even left a gift for us on arrival, we were very happy with this surprise. The double bed is comfortable, the bunk mattresses look good too, the shower pressure is good. We couldn't watch TV because it wasn't smart and we didn't have a cable to connect to the HDMI, but since we didn't want to stay in the house watching TV, we didn't miss it. The yard is super nice, overlooking nature, nice pool (a little cold, in the summer it should be perfect, but we went in the autumn, right). My boyfriend and I love it and we already want to go back. We highly recommend this house!

The house is really big and beautiful. One of the most beautiful houses we've ever stayed in. Everything was clean and organized. The rooms are large and have large bathrooms as well. There are two office desks for work, in two of the bedrooms. The Wi-Fi is good and we were able to work smoothly. The sunset is beautiful and you can see it from the garden. Mayara was very attentive and always responded quickly to all our questions.

Zaion Ranch exceeded our expectations! It's exactly like in the photos and even more charming in person, everything is beautiful and super cozy. Impeccable cleanliness, well-equipped kitchen, very peaceful and quiet environment, perfect for resting and enjoying the landscape, in addition to the delicious breakfast. Our puppy also loved and enjoyed the stay. The host Lucas was very friendly and helpful at all times, we can only thank him. The stay was perfect, we hope to return soon!
